I'm a naturalist but this is the only place I get my color done. Everyone is nice and they make you feel welcome. My Spanish is minimal at best and I enjoy the service my family and I receive. Rosa and Mary always do my families hair. They know and understand how to carefully take care of our hair textures. This is an excellent place for black women to get their hair done and they have great rates. We've been coming for over 3 years. Rosa did my color.
So, I have a condition that causes my hair to grow extremely slow. It took me a very long time to get my hair to my shoulders. I went into this salon with an appointment quoted at $25 for a shampoo and style. I ended up paying $35, but that wasn't a big deal. My stylist also kept stopping to talk to other people, but I can deal with that. The issue was I showed photos of the specific style I wanted... and left in literal tears. I did tell the stylist twice that I didn't want much cut off, that I liked my current length but wanted a little trim, but she cut off so much that it is now barely past my ears--and it looks absolutely nothing like the reference photos. My bangs are botched and my hair is so heartbreakingly short. The woman who I assume is in charge did ask me if she could fix it, but it isn't like you can glue my hair back on... I'm on vacation and now I have to wear hats constantly ????
All of the kids were happy with their haircuts. A bit expensive as the price for kids cuts is the same as adults but they left happy.

My kid decided to do their own shaved asymmetrical pixie cut. Alaydia fixed it up effortlessly and it looks great. She also took care of my heavy wavy hair that no one seems to know what to do with.

They did an awesome job on my daughters hair, very Knowledgeable as to my daughter is black & Hispanic And customer service was family friendly.
