I have “Tyler” who does a beautiful job… manicure and pedicure. I have been going to Bella Nails for seven years and don’t think I’ve ever had a bad manicure. Also, Kim, who just did my nails due to Tyler‘s absence, did a magnificent job, took her time, and just made my nails look perfect. My pedicure was done by somebody I don’t know who didn’t understand much English, which to me is a detriment, but did a decent job. No complaints there. I have never had a problem with anybody being rude. I do believe their booking sometimes is a little off, taking too many people at once; however, I do love Bella’s. The only complaint I have is that their prices are a bit high….$35 for a pedicure and $38 for a French shellac manicure. I can’t afford to go that often, but thankfully every three weeks for my nails works well. They last a long time. It appears that all the salons are charging a lot for these services.
1st time here (09-20-22) walked in about 1230 not really busy. We were greeted immediately. I had Ann do my nails and my daughter had a male tech.
We both got the dip powder. Their prices are the same as everyone else. Ann did an excellent job and my daughter was pleased with how well the tech did on her as she’s very particular with the shape she wants, the amount of gel polish as many do not put enough or they leave bubbles.

Definitely not impressed with what I walked away with. I asked for a simple french tip in pastel colors. It was done in gel on my fingers and toes. I have two toes that are really messed up...My nails the gel wasn't removed properly or entirely from my last nail visit. So you can see an indent from the previous color. I also have random brush or hair follicles underneath the gel. The lines where also not cleaned up well. There was no reason for any of these errors being I was there from 10:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. and the entire time they were working on my nails! I didn't even have the patience at that point to inspect them fully until I got home because I had been held hostage in the salon that long. It was $100 dollars and I had higher expectations!
I took me and my two daughters to get our nails done they took their time and did a really great job
I love this place!! My mother-in-law and I come here all the time!! I will not use another nail salon in Pasco county because this place is amazing! They are very sweet people and do such an amazing job! I get all my Mani Pedi and acrylics done here because they are so good! There are young men that do nails here as well and they do an amazing job too which is sooo hard to find im telling you this place is worth it!
Techs are not friendly. I have given them more than 1 try. Paint was not done well either time. During the most recent visit, the tech who did my husband’s pedicure wouldn’t look at what she was doing and kept looking around at others, then scraped the side of his foot with the “grater” and caused it to bleed. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge it….just put some alcohol on it. He has a big sore on his foot now. The two techs kept talking to each other in their language and laughing, but never spoke to us.
Will never go back!
So ladies and fagy gents (like myself), we aren’t generally the kind to complain - or even leave a review- but we were super dissatisfied with our service here today. My mom has been here once in the past and had a bad experience, but they had someone fix it so we let it slide. However, this time the three of us, all had negative experiences. My moms French tips were uneven and they were filed down to different lengths/ shapes as you can see. literally, each nail is a drifter shape. She specifically pointed out what was wrong - and asked that the lady pay attention to what she was doing, but instead she was talking with her colleagues and laughing. The lady brushed off what my mom was saying and just said she isn’t done. My husbands pedicure lasted about half the time you’d expect it too, they focused on massaging his legs but the nails weren’t properly cut& filed- he recut them at home. I got a gel manicure, and a few minutes after leaving I notice that the side of my thumb is all smudged. This is a gel manicure- it should be done hardening when my hands come out from under the gel lamp.
Overall it seems that no one could really be bothered to pay attention to what they were doing or to give the care one would give to a customer. Not to mention the gigantic cockroach that passed in between my feet- (with another costumer pointed out and they did nothing); and the equipment that didn’t seem to have been sterilized.
We are not returning here again.
