I'm new to the area and wanted to explore different beauty supply stores. I will have to say that this store had a lot of hair products to choose from and wigs however......I was followed and watched while I was looking around. The woman who followed me was the one who checked me out (I bought a couple of cheap things so I could speak with her). I made her aware that I did not appreciate her following me around the store as if I was stealing and I would not be back. She did not respond just kept ringing up the eye liners. I had to explain to my daughter that this type of treatment is unacceptable and I/we do not have to deal with whatever we are given. There are other options out there they need my money I don't need theirs.
The male in the store is prejudice and do not like black people. This man threw the pack of hair at me that I requested to see. I asked for some eye trimmers and he became irritated and said just get out!!! I would like to give a zero because this man was very very nasty!!! I actually went over to JD’s fashion and they were the best! I will definitely continue to do business with JD fashion and definitely will not give any more of my hard earned money to beauty world in Anderson!!!

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have spent a lot of money at this store. I wish I could give it 0 stars. My mom recently went in there and was followed by one of the owners, female, assuming that my mom was coming to steal. When my mom confronted her, the woman began to yell claiming that she is losing money and wanted to make sure she wasn’t stealing anything. My mom wasn’t even in the store for long and when she told her that a review would be made about her actions the woman continue to yell and repeatedly told my mom to get out. She left and we and our family will no longer be spending our hard earned money here ever again.

I have never hated a hair store so much in my life! They had options for things, but they kept ignoring me. Every wig I wanted they were out of and she finally said she had one I wanted. She sent him to the back, charged my card, and he came back with a completely different wig. No apologies. I wouldn’t recommend this place!
This lady does not appreciate business. She was pure hateful. I do not recommend.
Mrs Troy is very prejudice. After she get your money, she can't even wait for you to exit out the store before she start talking bad about you. Oh and don't be African American and touch something on the counter she gone come behind you when you leave and start wiping down.
Had one price on an item and then when I went to buy it told me something different several dollars higher. Need African Americans who own a beauty shop supply store will not be returning
