The owner is so down to earth and dedicated to your every want and need. She also will tell you what will or will not work for you instead of being in it for a $. Her prices are affordable and the store is clean and very organized. She took all her time out for each person who came through the door. They've won me over from my prior parlor! ❤️

I had good reviews for this store, until I experienced unfair practices!! Same wig , stated only one left first the price was $39.99. Then comes back couple of days later now its $44.99!! Made up price and a rip off!! Case in point; red wine synthetic wig , last one is thats what was told by owner. Not so; same wig but in black, right lower than color wigs? No, it's higher $25.99!! Made up price to rip off people in what is called the poor ghetto neighborhood!! It's unfair and deceitful!! It needs to stop and she needs to close up shop! Or or be reported to the better business bearu!! Really?? When approached owner reference issue w/receipt. Her employee tried to and threaten me w/ bodily harm!! Very rude and unpleasant/unprofessional! Owner tried to dimiss my claim, but finally after another customer came and looked on. Then wanted me to get the difference in her store, no , money please, thanks. And will not patronage here again.
The lady is so very nice and also very helpful without giving you any attitude about asking questions in detail about certain products as some customer reps can be. Also I like to say that of course you cannot return things for cash money usually at beauty supply stores but she makes it even better because it hurts tour you get money added to an account your phone number, and it should every time that you make a purchase a little bit builds up and you can use it towards any future purchase. Really comes in handy! :-)
