No refund no exchange even if you need to exchange for the same type of wigs. I didn't know they had that policy, I wouldn't have bothered with them. The wig I bought was nice but if you want to buy from them be sure it's what you want.

Came here to buy extensions. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Alex. He had his co worker helped me out and she was very helpful and very informative in regards to the hair I was looking for. She never tried to upsale me and gave me her honest opinion concerning what kind of hair extensions I was looking for. She gave me recommendations between different brands of hair. I highly recommend.

This hair store has everything you need. Plus it has upgraded to two parts. One side has all the best wigs and the other side has all your hair care needs available. I love this store.

They give out any prices for the hair! Only buy products with price tags on them. Go at your own risk. Hopefully, you get a better price than the customer that is behind you.
