The owners are nasty! They watch black people as if they are going to steal. I felt extremely uncomfortable shopping there as a hairstylist. I will support my own BLACK business owners moving forward‼️‼️

would definitely NOT COME BACK two hispanic women working there following me & my bf around in the store as if we were going to steal. Them being minorities themselves the racial profiling is disgusting.

I love this hair store. Always open later than others with friendly staff. They have a large variety of hair care products and it's very organized and clean!

RACIAL PROFILING. I walked in here for the first time and walked right back out. The Asian lady by the door looked at me so I said hello, no response. I walked over to the hair color section to see what they have and she follows me right over there and fakes like she’s fixing something. Racist as ever. Not every black person is a thief, because that’s clearly the energy they are giving off. Definitely would not give them my hard earned money on any day. This just happened at 1:00pm today, I hope y’all remember me.

I go to this shopping center cause it’s fairly close I always see this and say imma stop by today literally I said let me google to see where it’s at because I would like to shop there and looking at the reviews I don’t wanna give my money to these ppl smh

This place only gets any stars at all based on the actual products and supply that they have its what keeps me coming back

The owner Is an Asian lady that pretty much treats every person like a thief - super rude to EVERY person that comes through the door

However the wigs and the inventory they have is awesome

If you have children, I suggest that you keep them in the car or keep them close to you. They do not want anyone’s child/children to touch anything. I saw how the owner sharply reprimanded a cold not touch anything. I know children can mess. However this cold just was sight seeing and was reprimanded. The parent want paying any attention. My daughter and I was playing attention. I tops my grandson also do not touch anything in this store. They have a lot of wig’s in this store. However, it wasn’t friendly nor welcoming.

i used to worked here & my experience was awful as a 16 year old i should’ve reported for putting hands on a minor cause the way they grabbed my hand was so aggressive but not only that they are dirty inside their office i seen so many roaches crawling in one corner i was disgusted. they had me follow people around & i hated it my job should’ve been helping customers & stock. if there was nothing to do they would make me do unnecessary stuff definitely not a recommend if you wanna be followed around.
