This place is absolutely horrible. I went for dip powder and when we got to top coat she was going to use gel polish instead of top coat designed for dip. I asked her to use the proper top coat as the gel polish chips after a day over top of dip. I ended up with nails that look like trash. They have a strange very rough texture to them. On top of that she cut me during the process and didn’t disinfect my cut or any tool that she was working with.
Checking out I was told I can not pay with a card even though the girl that checked out 1 customer ahead of me used her card to pay. Instead I was forced to use their ATM machine so now I’ll have their fee along with my banks. A business not accepting any form of card payment in 2023 is absolutely absurd.
Needless to say I’ll never be back. I truly am not the type to post reviews but I’m hoping my review can help prevent someone else from wasting their time and money in this place.

First time here, it was amazing! Quick and easy service. I got a gel color change to my acrylic nails. They did the design perfectly
Just went here for the 1st time today with my daughter! No wait time, very friendly and they did an excellent job! They spoiled my daughter with a hot towel and stickers on all her on nails, and the price was JUST RIGHT! Will definitely be going back!
It was my first time there, Anna did a wonderful job! Definitely coming back! Update: I’ve been going there since New years and so far I’ve experienced two other nail technicians besides Anna. I unfortunately do not remember their names but each time the service has been wonderful!
Great customer service and excellent skills. Technician was very nice. Didn't wait long as first time walk in. Got a gel acrylic full set with pointy shape and THE best regular pedicure I ever had, great massage! Would give 5 stars; but a lil overpriced. The total for both was $10 more than I usually pay a typical salon.
Never had an issue at this place, purchased and received gift cards for them, take my teenage daughters and pre teen daughters here all the time! Work is AMAZING prices are worth it so I can’t say if their expensive or not. Best in the chi/Aston area.
Upon walking in no greeting what so ever everyone (meaning workers) looks at each other waiting for someone to speak up. No hello , not ever Hi just what you need done awkwardly made me feel so uncomfortable I just said no thank you I don’t feel welcomed here and walked out. Worst experience in my years of going to Nail Spa & Shops customer service is not a thing in their world and it showed. Most likely explains why it’s one person there at the moment not sure how they are rated so high must be a mistake not one professional working there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only $77 but me being comfortable comes first ! I rate 1 unprofessional environment
