The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are reasonable. They have a great selection of wigs. I was very surprised and very impressed!

I love this place they always have what you need also the owner and employees are always friendly and very helpful the owner knows me by name lol.

Beautiful selection of products mainly targeting Black hair, spacious neighborhood store and relatively good standard customer service. I frequent the store often. When my daughter comes in from NY she does too. Today's shopping experience is what generates the 1 star. At 2:14 pm, I purchased a fair amount of items, including an undergarment item, reached home to discover the size was 4 sizes too large. I turned directly around back in the store at 2:48 pm to exchange for my size. They didn't have my size. The store owner, who saw me make the purchase would not allow me to return the item (or even exchange for store credit)stating since it was under garment, no returns. I appreciate the sanitary safety measures and cleanliness to avoid taking returns on undergarments. I also believe authentic customer service is tailored to each guest and each matter of concern. The merchant should consider: regular customer, purchase amount (item in question was about 1/10 cost of total purchase); and customer returned directly to the store within the hour with unopened packet should be considered for store credit.

I tried to return a electronic product that did not work and what this store states on the bottom of their receipt was not honored at all. So I had to keep a electric item that doesn’t work. Not fair at all!!!!

The ladies here are awesome! Always so nice and helpful. I purchase my wigs here, and there's always a good selection and phenomenal sales. Visit, I promise you'll find something you like :)

This beauty supply store is a little ways away from my home, however I would rather go here then anywhere else. I also receive THE BEST customer service. They go above and beyond every time I’m in the store. They never cease to amaze me. So if you’re in Columbia or any surrounding areas, I think you’ll love Beauty N Go. Plus, they always have everything im looking for!

Huge store. They had everything I was looking for and more. Hair, makeup, supplies, clothes, I think I even saw shoes! One thing most people wouldn't notice but is very important in a store like that, it was well lit. When choosing things like hair and make up its very important to be able to see the colors and textures your looking for.

Awesome hair store. Big, clean, spacious. Not close to home, however I will go back. I just took my time and walked every isle and nobody bothered me ????
