Okay, so the only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I love what they offer, the wig selection is amazing and I really saw myself becoming a regular customer.

The staff is friendly but what I experienced was beyond frustrating. I went in yesterday 12/12/2021 around 12pm and was helped by a young woman in the wig section and an older woman. They let me know they offered installations for $60 and due to me being pregnant and having carpal tunnel in both my hands I saw that as a huge relief, I can install my own units but it has been difficult due to my pregnancy symptoms.

The young woman was super helpful when it came to helping me find my ideal wig, the installation is where it wrong.

I’m attaching photos below so you can see. When I noticed my lace was lifting, and not looking up to par it was 30 mins after the installation. There’s no reason it should be lifting, especially If you’re charging people to do this. I rarely let anyone touch my head and it looked like she had no idea what she was doing.

I went back and the young lady offered to fix it. I gave her a chance and honestly I shouldn’t have. I wasn’t feeling good due to my feet hurting, cramping and being hungry so I decided to just leave. I almost felt as if she was upset I came back. During her trying to fix the mess she created she sprayed the hair with whatever she was using and it caused the wig to clump up, and she hit me in the head with the hair dryer. I’m not sure if it was on purpose or not but she didn’t apologize.

I wasn’t able to speak with a manger but I hope to speak with someone soon so I’m able to get this resolved.

Great beauty supply store for basics. They do not open their store on time. I am outside at 10:00 am and they are still closed on a Friday. A young lady walked to the door, it looked as if she was unlocking the door, but she walked away. There is still a sign on the door that says closed. I am confused. Not a good look. Not good customer service.

They don't have a lot of hair to offer that everyone else has. Speakers are still busted from the same yr they opened. Not a big deal but just saying, cut it off or get them replaced. They're outdoors and indoors. Nice and greet you when u enter the store. They have clothes and other products as well

Overall, it was a decent experience.

The store is very large and has a wide variety of things. The lady that helped me with the wigs initially, I don’t remember her name, but she was African American and had a short blonde bob, was so helpful and nice. A++++ customer service.

Then I went back to the wigs to double check them, and another young lady that worked there was on her phone right next to me, didn’t offer any help until I asked, and unfortunately I felt like she was there to “watch” me rather than to be helpful.

Anyway, the quality of the human hair is beautiful, but when you compare it to online prices from the same company, I realized that there seems to be an up charge for the wigs initially. Then it is discounted to make it seem as though you are getting a deal, when in reality the “discount” that you are getting is just the regular price.

In conclusion, if you’re buying a wig, proceed with caution. Everything else is fine though.

Walked in this morning 2/15/22 @9:03 am to shop for a wig. I wasn’t even greeted. I circled every aisle of the wigs waiting to be acknowledged or asked if I needed anything. It’s not hard to offer good customer service . So at that point I didn’t even want to buy anything.

Excellent place for beauty supply items. Great staff, it’s never busy when I go. I go in and leave out quickly. Love this place ????????

This is a New Beauty supply store with Soooooo many deals on everything in the store. I Highly advised to get to this site ASAP, before word gets around, as I myself is spreading the word. So many Beautiful Human Hair wigs over 50% off. We paid less than $20.00. They even have many stylish, gorgeous Summer and Winter shoes and boots at a Great Bargain. These shoes were half off, We paid $5.50. Everyone was very helpful in assisting with my family. Nicki was extremely helpful with assisting my daughter in finding a Beautiful wig for her H.S. Senior pictures. Thank you for being Awesome Nicki and so kind and caring. We've been going back every weekend with more friends.
