The eye brow threading is decent. But what I hate is when they guilt me into getting my upper lip threaded. Like I didn’t ask for the service but the woman basically told me I have a mustache without telling me. I don’t even have hair there like that it’s like they play that card just to get you to buy extra service. When I finally gave in she ripped some skin off and had a scab there for a few weeks. Not going back. Lol
THE WORST LASH EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE! I had to go to the HOSPITAL bc I told her one of the lashes was to far back and it was literally scrapping my cornea every time I blinked and she just told me I just wasn’t used to them and refused to fix it or take them off and refund me. These people are awful I have no idea how they are still in business. People go here just bc their cheap but it’s not even worth what they charge. My vision was blurry for weeks and you could see the scratch on my eye ball from the lash.
So. NEVER AGAIN!!

Im done with this place. This is the second time.
This time didn't last 12 hours.
It felt like glass cutting my eyes. I have a show to do atomorrow and my eyes are all swollen and itchy swollen is starting to get gooey.
I got my lashes done yesterday and they are falling out in less then 24 hours.less then 48 hours both lashes are off both of my daughters eyes! Just horrible!
honestly horrible, my eyes don’t match an when i mentioned something about i could tell she was irritated i said something about it, just added more glue on a toothpick to try to lift them( which didn’t help) one eye has so much glue the lashes are hard as a rock, the glue got everywhere on my lid and bottom lashes.i asked for 25 set but was pushed to get the more expensive being told over and over what i wanted “wouldn’t work on me”. while sitting in the chair i was beyond i comfortable my neck was bent so far back the chairs make no sense to me. in the process of her applying my lashes another women approached an was critiquing the work and started to touch my face.i also went to get my eyebrows done a few days ago (the only thing they’re good at) and was told mall employees which i am get 20% off everything but when i went today they didn’t uphold their policy. just very unprofessional and i’ve never been so upset with a service.
A friend and I got our eyebrows waxed and we both left with a bumpy rash around our eyebrows that has lasted over a week. The staff forced us to get our eyebrows threaded, too, even though we only wanted them waxed.
They made my eyebrows uneven and took too much hair off of one of them. The worst service ever.
Wouldn’t recommend coming here for eyelash extensions, I came last weekend and paid extra for “volume” she didn’t even apply the lashes fully on one of my eyes, in the inner corner she started half way and the other one was fully applied, the same eye not filled in she glued one of them completely uneven not even on my eyelash line just sticking out. I had glue all over my eyelid. I came here cause my friends had beautiful filled in lashes but I thought it was the Hamilton place location they went to but it was actually north gate. I’ve gotten lashes tons of times and this was by far my worst experience. :(
Completely messed up my eyebrows one is higher than the other and she told me that is how my eyebrows are…. I also got henna $25 to look like I’m thinking ???? until they grow back and my birthday is tomorrow ????
