These nails are only 2 days old . They are melting off my nails . The nail polish that they are using is dry old expired and dangerous when they put my nail under the UV light if burned . They put a satin finish on it and the paint underneath top layer of the nail was still wet . When I left my nails look beautiful, and they felt dry. hours later they started to bubble up and peel off then crack off . Icing on the cake is when I went back to tell the store owner he was so rude about the whole thing. He he tried to blame me he refused to listen to me explain what happened, but he did redo my nails and once again this happened!! This is dangerous chemical mix. I won’t go back ever again.
Even coming here for years. I normally go to Van but went to Andy today. They always do a great job. They're really good sonthey get busy fast so it's always good to make an appointment.
Pedi mani. I have painful cuts on both feet and both hands. 10 in total. Tech used the drill with file attachment over my bloody nail and did not clean it before returning it to her cart!!!!! Manicure Bowles are not sanitized between clients. They are stacked in back room (with in my view). I watched them dump water from a manicure, stack the bowl without cleaning! They grabbed the I cleaned Bowles from the same stack and used on the next client. This place is disgusting!! A huge health hazard!! Hoping I do not end up with an infection on my bloody toes!
First time here and perhaps my last. My best friend and I arrived at Beautiful Nails shorty after they open. The young lady who did my pedicure seem to not take pride in doing my feet. Not to mention there was polish on my skin I had to ask her to remove. The reception kept taking other walking before us so I refused to sit and wait to get my nails Done. This was rude. However my best friend girl decided to wait. I will say they are very busy. They should take more Pride serving their customers correctly because they have just lost my business.
Perfect and exactly what I asked for. People only put reviews when things go bad so here’s a good one ! Short , clean and dainty. ????
Finger got infected, and they took zero responsibility. Finger still healing. Racked up a nice doc bill, but lesson definitely learned esp where they are concerned.
Got a fill in charged 35 she had to be told several times that the nails didn't match in shape etc been going here since I was 15 I'm 36 now last 3 times I've gone it's been a hassle of me trying to get the nails the way I wanted she sits at number 12 I will not be going back they only care about money and I tip very good when the service is good I am a bartender so I know what it's like to work for tips etc if I could give it a lower star rating I would again this is several times I've tried
Very disappointed it's been less than a week and 2 nails have fallen off....I tried gluing one back on...I usually keep my same nail set for 3 wks. This was my 1st and last visit here.
