For years Peter and Tammy have cut my son and my hair. Today Tammy was not there. Peter refused to cut my son hair when he has cut it in the past. While I was getting my hair cut. Peter had my Son wait for the other 2 barbers who both skip my Son, Peter's excuse was that they don't know how my Son would like his hair cut. The service I received today was not appropriate. None the less I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will be looking for some one else that appreciates my loyalty and good tips.
Love this place truly recommend it. It’s my second time I brought my son they did a great fade.
I am a barber I hadn't been here in a few years my son cuts my hair recently I needed cut really bad I decided to visit my beautiful middle chair barber. She cuts hair almost as good as I do but she has me by good looks. Sorry forgot her name. Getting old sucks.

Day before Christmas I go to get a haircut. I bring my service as I often do. A chihuahua. I was refused service. The sign on the wall clearly reads , as was brought to my attention by mgr ,service animals are allowed. Federal law protects this and any violations of this law under the ADA does come with fines . I tried to explain to the gentleman about the federal law and the rights of service animals and handlers have but to no avail. I was fortunate enough to record this interaction that will be part of the lawsuit being filed in federal court this is not a state violation but Federal and is taking very seriously. While this interaction the manager, Tammy who knows me and my service animal refused to speak up. As the situation was was ongoing I believe she knew I was correct. guess she was just following orders, I I couldn't understand what he ,mgr,was telling her because it was a different language . her change towards me. Was obvious. Cold shoulder feeling seemed very indifferent suffice to say. I will continue to leave reviews, updates on the progress of this ledigation.
Typically they have 4 barbers working, my favorite is Lisa and all 4 barbers appear to have a good following
If you want a good haircut at a fair price go to Rays barbershop down the street Ray is a pro, or mount zion in garden grove, Or right before Garden Grove and Magnolia on the left hand side there is a kind lady with excellent service and great barbering skills. Beach and 13th barbershop has a rude owner who doesnt speak proper english, has a limited skillset, and refused to give me service because i couldnt understand him and I wanted to ask a few questions to see what i could work with because the last cut i got here was horrible and left me with very few options. You get what you pay for i guess. the cuts are cheap for a reason you're better off getting a better haircut at any of the next shops around for a few extra bucks. Its worth it .
