Came here for a gel manicure and will not be back. Instead of soaking off my gel polish they used the drill to take them off. That totally ruined my natural nails and no salon should ever take off gel polish that way. My nails were also not shaped well. I kept quiet. But within two days my gel polish was shipping and I had to cut my nails due to all of the chipping.

First time there and first time since pandemic. Very good experience. They are very strict with safety: Temperature checks with signed acknowledgements and emails for tracing purposes if needed. Plastic panel separations while working. Hand sanitizer readily available. And right after temp. check we were told to go wash hands immediately.

I had SNS nails done and a pedicure and my Fiancè had a manicure. they did such a good and thorough job and were very friendly. I had Tina and she was great. Loved my nails

Definitely going back

I called the salon last minute on a Saturday morning and the owner was still able to accommodate my daughter and I. I did have to wait a little bit for my refill, but being that I didn’t have an appointment in advance, I was fine with it. Everyone was professional and most importantly, did not have attitudes. My daughter and I both loved our pedicures and nails. I like the fact that the nail tech (who I think was the owner) was not rough with my nails, she didn’t knick me, and she shaped my nails very nicely. This place is a little out of the way for me, but I’ll definitely go back. Prices were reasonable too.

I called and made an appointment with the girl I normally get my nails done with. When I got there for my appointment they tried push me off to someone else. They weren’t willing to accommodate me by any means.

Horrible customer service and will not be going back.

I love this place! I'm a truck driver with sensitive nails! Very clean, very meticulous, very professional, and most of all, extremely gentle. I was do relaxed... Although I live far away, I will be back again! I didn't want anything fancy and this gel paint was just right for the occasion.

Terrible pedicures. The lady dug in her nose in the midst of my pedicure and didn’t wash her hands. I got up and walked out!

I just moved to the area a few months back when I get a gel fill it normally last me three to four weeks. It was my first time at this nail salon and I had gotten a gel fill. 24 hours later my nail literally fell off then a week later another nail ended up just falling off. Very poor quality and the owner is trying to blame me for my nails falling off she needs to really step back and look at herself and do better quality nails for the money that we spend on them and stop blaming somebody else she needs to blame herself to fix a nails 5 dollars come on now

Rude. Tried to go and get a nail fixed and instead of politely saying “ hey unfortunately we’re all busy, can you come back?” One of the nail technicians had an attitude and said “no we’re too busy for you and for just one nail” and then rolled her eyes at me.

That’s not a way to get someone’s business. So be cautious when going there
