I'm an elementary teacher who's on my feet all the time. Wearing sandals in the sun I have some weird tan lines and bruises. Needless to say, my feet aren't very pretty. I came in hoping for a fun and cute nail design that I found online. My experience was amazing. They took their time and were careful to make my toes look exactly like I was hoping. I absolutely love what they did. If you're like me and work on your feet (and don't get your nails done all the time)... this place will take good care of you.
I just went today with my sister and cousin (June 15th. 22’) i was there for an hour or so and when i first got there one of the males said my nails would be $55 and then i start to get my nails done and a different guy told me that it would be $60 which is fine cause i had the cash. but i am not happy that i was lied to and the guy who did my nails was huffing and puffing at me and kept rolling his eyes at me and my nails are not the same shape and the sides are not done. i have been here multiple times and i am just so unhappy with how my nails came out. also they are just basic white nails. the guy who did my nails also cut my finger in the photo below.
My mom and I went here for the Gate of Heaven Pedicure and were absolutely pampered! They did a fantastic job making sure we felt relaxed and enjoyed our time together! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They do a very thorough job for every part of the pedicure!
I wish I knew his name! Anyways he did an amazing job even after a rude customer. I love the way my nails turned out!
My appointment was on Saturday Nov 12th for a dip, today, 9 days later the dip is off all of my nails. I called for a refund and that is against their 'regulation' whatever that means...I will never use them again as I've given them multiple chances after appointments being way after my scheduled time
I've been going here for a couple months now! And every time I go in I get the powder dip And it seems like every time I go in it's $5 more I am very unhappy with today's service I said I wanted powder dip he did everything wrong I kept asking Him are you sure this is powdered dip and he told me yes I told him that's not how they usually do it? And then when I went to go pay for it he said it was going to be $60 I was like what it's usually only 50 why is it 60 he said because it's acrylic ! I will never be coming back

Honestly I got my nails done (IN GEL: paid $60 for it on the 7th). It is the 9th and they are already chipping. I never leave bad reviews but I definitely made the biggest mistake by coming here

I was shamed for my nail idea (despite showing them a picture) and was passed to a different nail tech. Then he only put one coat of gel on each nail. Then he didn't even allow my nails to dry the proper time (the entire schedule time until the light turns off). I decided to re write this review because their response is saying they'll fix the nail, but they can't fix the whole experience.
Plus I have now included photos that show the process on the 12th!! So, not even a week later.
Anyway not saying anyone will actually read this whole review but it makes me feel better sticking up for myself despite this absolutely horrendous experience and I suggest that you take your business anywhere else.
