Luv this place. Great food at a good price. Friendly staff too!

First time using the bamboo house tonight, well worth the drive from Hamsterley Colliery. Food was fantastic and with good sized portions. Had the sweet and sour king prawns the batter was lovely crisp and light. Staff very freindly. Will definitely be using again.

The dude in here is awesome! Very welcoming Good food reasonably priced. Curry is hot in my opinion, that’s not to detract. I like hot! Food is a 4 star but the bloke is just awesome honestly so I gave it a 5. Used it loads of times, you never wait too long either.

Haven't been here for a cpl of years, recently moved back into area, disappointed is my only word, bbq ribs were not good to tough and a few veg in them ok for me but my partner doesn't like veg!! But very sparse for the price. Chicken foo young was burnt n was left tasted awful, really disappointed, sorry won't be back

Really disappointed. My husbands and daughters were ok but mine was awful. Thai green curry was shocking. chicken was cut into perfect cubes soft and so wet you could literally squeeze the water out ..didn't eat it

After last nights meal wont going back ij a hurry. Chips were tasteless. Curry was nice but the beef in it was like chewing rubber. I ended up just having the sauce with the fried rice.

Didnt really enjoy it.

Just had a curry tonight 19/2/2021 must say it was tastless and probably the worst one ive had in a long time. Threw it in the bin. Never Again

I've ordered a few times from there and its always been iffy but as its local I keep trying. But my last order was my last try. My dish was swimming in oil, any flavour was overpowered by it and I couldn't eat it. Sorry to post such a negative comment
