They need better customer service and they are over priced most of the time but they're the only black hair store out in Kentucky that's black owned so I guess they're ok.

Their selection of beauty products is great. I went in looking for a particular item but spent over 30 minutes browsing. I will be shopping there for all my supplies.
I'm a white person that is losing my hair and has started to wear wigs. These wigs are ok for the price, just for something fun to wear for a short amount of time. I was happy with my 1st one. It lasted 2 months wearing it daily and washing it weekly. I went in yesterday to buy 2 more. The man who works there, who i believe is the owner, sold me the display wig. I called them and this is a common practice. I feel like he should have told me i was buying a wig that a bunch of people have touched and tried on. I didn't realize this til today when i opened the package. The wig is all disheveled and not in the original package. It is full of static and split ends. I think it is DISHONEST to sell a floor model wig and not tell the customer that they are buying a used wig, especially during a PANDEMIC! I'm supposed to call back when he is in and i will update this review if he makes this right.
Clerk was disinterested in my business even though there was no other customers in the store.
This store has a lot of stuff going on. It reminds me a hair/wig/jewerly/hair products/clothes/shoes and plus a food store a little wal-mart. Except they sell lottery tickets. I love this store. Maybe some more different color hair?

The owner is always so polite and helpful. She even provides recommendations if you ask. No need to drive across the river for your hair needs, this store is way better and right in your own backyard.
