I love this nail salon and will never go anywhere else! Stephanie is the only person I go to, she always does amazing work and my nails always look beautiful and natural. She always takes her time and makes sure you love them before you leave! And their prices are amazing!!! I’m in love with my Christmas nails!
I’ve been going to Avalon for years. Stephanie has always been my favorite. She never disappoints me and always has a nice creative twist to the designs i give her. She’s definitely worth going to!
Avoid this place at all costs and never go to Judy in particular. Super overpriced for messy & uneven nails. I’ve been going to Judy for months and I’ve always been super nice & respectful towards her, always generous with tipping & even got her a Christmas gift yet somehow each time I come back the price goes up with her. She charged me 47 dollars for this basic solid color set yet the last time I got the same thing I was charged about 10 dollars less with somebody else at this same place(with longer nails than these) . Makes no sense at all. I’ve noticed this girl Judy has an attitude problem as well… not sure why. Like I said all I’ve ever been was kind to her. Today I was ranting about how I don’t have a valentine because my guy cheated on me with a 17 year old and all she did was make me feel bad about it the whole time; telling me that I “must be the problem”, the other girl “might’ve had something better” and that “age is just a number.” Uhhh ok? If your client wants to chat about their problems maybe you should be a little more compassionate and not beat down on them idk? After she told me this I just sat there quiet. The rest of the time she was pulling my arm/fingers super aggressively and rolling her eyes. She sliced open my finger on top of it all and didn’t even apologize (not the first time she’s cut me) and filed down my nails super short when I wanted them long. Gel polish was all over my fingers and if I didn’t tell her to clean them you’d see all the polish around my fingers in the picture. She always has something smart to say every time I see her and insults the color I pick almost every time. Def my last time ever coming here. Not gonna sit there and be disrespected for absolutely no reason at all. Aggressive and rude for what? It’s not a good look.
I absolutely love this place! I started going about a year ago and since day 1 Stephanie has been my go to girl! She knows how to do all designs and she works so fast and it comes out exactly how I wanted every time. She is so friendly and makes sure you love what you got before you leave. Go to Stephanie!!!!
only one of them don’t know how to do nails and the other lady is so rude. the owner is such a sweetheart tho
They do decent nails but their customer service is terrible. I would suggest appointments because walk ins they will have you waiting. I waited and hour to be seen then when chairs opened up and I get up to get in one the lady tells me because "I didn't ask how long the wait was she didn't think I'd mind waiting". Unprofessional never assume someone likes to wait.
I would highly recommend! Polite and fast. Pedicure was Very detailed and precise. Prices are reasonable.
Avalon nails always does a great job on my gel pedicure and always willing to take me with last minute appointments!
