Came in as a walk-in cust. I was immediately helped and Tina my new nail tech when I come out this way was Friendly and fast. I had one acrylic attached w/gel manicure. Clean and organized.

$50 for bad shaped nails

I think someone that wasn't an actual technician shaped my nails because i asked for square shaped nails and even asked the sir to fix the edges but he said they were OK & when it came to painting them, he had to ask someone else to do it. Don't think the price was fair considering they don't look good. pretty upset and won't come here again.

1st time here, everyone was great! Got an acrylic fill and pedicure. They did my nails exactly how I asked for them and I was in and out quickly, which I loved. Definitely going back???? ***4/30/22***update** been going here for awhile now and Tony is an artist! He's the best and I will only trust him from now on. I moved out of the area but it's worth the drive!

I came here because It was close by work .Lete te you my nails did not even last a full week they broke got my toes done as well and got them gel so they would last . It's been just a week and it's chipping off . Overall its was pricey for the lack of quality they put on the clients nails . Not a good experience.

Very good job! Be aware though the paper they give you says twenty dollars for toes but they charge you an additional 15 dollars If it's gel and don't tell you till there done ????

Had a 12:30 appointment, when I walked in there were people waiting and when asked I told them I had a 12:30 appointment for a gel manicure. I waited until 1:00 to be taken to a station and only because my sister and nieces are regulars at this location and my sister had called and spoke with the owner, he stated he thought I wanted acrylics. I told him no, I wanted a gel manicure. I sat another 20 minutes, when the manicurist came and asked what services I wanted, I again stated I was wanting a gel manicure. She put the cotton with acetone and foils on then left and proceeded to start putting a full set of acrylics on another customer who was also getting a pedicure. I waited another 20 minutes by this time I was panicking because I needed to catch my cruise ship by 3:30, so I walked up to the manicurist and told her to take the foils off. She immediately came back to where I was sitting and proceeded to do my nails. Basically all she did was take the old gel nail polish off and put the new color on, and charged me $20.00! The manicure part was completely skipped. My nails looked nice but my cuticles looked like crap!

I just moved back to Santa Ana, and saw great reviews of this place. I had to come to see for myself. Wow, I'm blown away, what great customer service. The place is clean, virtually no wait time. That's huge for me. I got a pedi and a gel manicure it was so relaxing. The owner, John was so nice and welcoming. Happy I found my new nail place.
