This was my first time at this nail salon but I had a great experience! Everyone who works there and the nail techs are all incredibly friendly and warm. It's a cute neighborhood spot for Culver/West LA folks with reasonable pricing and great service. I told my nail tech I was in a hurry but wanted something special so she suggested a small design on one of my fingers and did a really efficient and pretty job! I'm happy with how it turned out and will definitely come back to do another full design gel set next time :)

I wanted to give this place a second chance a couple of years after my original bad experience. This time my gel pedicure was already peeling off by the time I got home. Toenail broke off in the corner because she drilled it down so much (which also caused pain that was ignored.) The condition of my toenails were worse coming out than when I went in. Pulled my toenail cuticle which is now causing pain in that same corner. Now I have a broken, potentially infected toenail with polish peeling off of that I spent an hour of time and $50+ for. Also seems that they are in a hurry and inattentive when doing my gel fill- would rather get to the next customer than tend to what’s in front of them properly and with care. I tried pointing out a couple of issues like polish on my fingers that needed to be cleaned up and glue that was stuck but it wasn’t properly fixed in the moment. Disappointing.
Highly recommend Artistic Nail Salon. The ladies were super friendly and talkative. I was out of town and a walk in and (I think it was the owner or manager I forgot to get her name) treated me as if I'm a regular customer. Would return back to this salon.

Absolutely love my nails! They are very nice and sweet. I do recommend making an appointment because of how busy they get.
Super fast and good value. I question on the cleanliness but all the staff were friendly and listens to the mani or pedi you’re looking for, as long as you communicate that to them! Will come again for a quick needed groom up.
I loved my experience at artistic nails. It’s reasonably priced and the service is good. Cam is very nice and talkative. I got a gel manicure from Hoa and it was perfect and beautiful. I don’t like when nail polish is goopy and thick and Hoa did very thin coats of polish to get my nails looking great. Highly recommend!
