Josiah was wonderful and this is my new go-to hair salon. I came here for them to fix my hair after another salon butchered it. Especially considering what Josiah had to work with at the beginning of the appointment, he did a really good job. He took a really bad cut and made it a good cut, and the color consultation was very thorough. Results look great. I really, really wish I’d just skipped the first place I went to and came here first.

With the pandemic and all of the restrictions that they have to follow, it was definitely an AMAZING experience! Tiffany was extremely professional. ???? I can't wait to see Josiah and Darlene when things let up! The first picture is the "before" and the second is "after."
Josiah was GREAT! Ive had a ton of haircuts and many bad ones. I showed him a few pics of what I was thinking. He took that and told me along the way what he was doing and what the plan was. He was very funny and friendly and overall did a fantastic job on my hair. My husband definitely liked it too. I think I found my person finally. I will continue going to him and recommend him.
Josiah was pretty awesome. I was referred to him by my daughter and son in law. When I walked in I was greeted by 2 beautiful pups that were calm and sweet. A big plus in my book. That made me smile from the start. Josiah was really personable and listened to what I wanted then made some suggestions and then we had fun with my hair. We talked prices and exactly what was going to happen, then we got to know each other. I met his beautiful mother and some of the other clients who have been clients for years. The environment was really comfortable and had some cool 80's music on. Over all I can't wait for my hair to grow out so I can have Josiah do it again. Excited about my hair color and cut and my new look! Hugs to Josiah!
Let me just first off say that I usually never leave reviews but i feel like the Art of Hair salon is absolutely AMAZING. From the customer service, to the music, the good vibes and the excellent job they do on my hair, I will never go anywhere else. Everytime I go l leave feeling like a whole new person. My hair always looks so good and I am very picky but I have been going to Josiah for a long time now and he never disappoints! He listens to exactly what I want and delivers! His mom Darlene, is seriously the sweetest too. If you want a fun environment and someone to trust with your hair, go here! I cannot say enough good things about them.

Initially as I left the salon, I was excited about my hair it seem like I did like it now it has been a few weeks and my hair was over processed. The guy who did my hair was super rough pulling my hair, he even cut a knot out of my hair that he made. If he would’ve been more gentle and taking his time it wouldn’t of been so painful for me.
Before I went and I had healthy thick hair now everywhere where the highlights were added is breaking and falling off. The guy who did my hair was flamboyantly over expressive the entire time, while talking negatively about others. Including his boyfriend that does drugs. None of that did I really care to know and it was uncomfortable. if you don’t like that type of personality you might want to look elsewhere to get your hair done. The haircut is completely uneven everywhere like he just chopped it.
When he was done with my hair I could not believe he wanted to charge me $500 and then he said well I’ll give you a first time customer discount and he brought it down to 250 which is still ridiculous. The facility was dirty and run down. Do not know how this place has such good ratings. Price is not worth the pain.
