I’ve been going to Art Nails for quite some time now. They were amazing in the past, but my last visit as well as this visit have been disappointing. I have left with uneven polish, bubbles, and nails that are crooked. I think it’s time to find a new nail salon.
I got an acrylic set here and all my nails starting lifting 5 days after i got them, two of them popped off at the 5 day mark, i called them and they apologized and said i could come back in and they would fix it, not to mention i paid 65 dollars for my set and i tipped $10, when i returned to get the two missing nails put on they charged me $10, like it wasn’t their fault they put them on improperly and they fell off a few days after? not even a week later now and 4 nails are left, this is so disappointing and a waste of money, do not go here unless you want to get ripped off by the horrible quality of the nails and how much they overcharge.
Unfortunately i probably wont go back. I went a few days before xmas. I scheduled an apt w peter. When i arrived they asked me to see someone else. My nails were horrible. I called and spoke with julie. She she wanted to make me happy she would have them fixed. Well i went and i was charged all over again. Peter does snd excellent job but clearly the money is more important to julie. Thats Unfortunate. My name is rachel. Not sure why julie told me to make sure i let her know when i come in. She did absolutely nothing for me.
I was recommended to go here because it's close to my house and I think this is my new place I walked in at 5 on a Friday got a full set and was in and out in under an hour. Nails came out perfect exactly what I asked for very fairly priced too. Lou did my nails and she was awesome. Can't wait to bring my daughters
Loved it! My regular guy is in Vietnam so i tried Art Nails bc they are local. I got in quickly without an appointment because they have a LARGE staff. I was told by patrons there that it's always busy but they get in quickly like I did and that it doesn't matter who you get, they do a good job! I was only supposed to get nails filled but also wound up getting a pedi :)
The wait time and waiting for your food was Absolutely Ridiculous!! On top of it being extremely Dirty floors kitchen flooring just dirty. I do have to say the chicken tenders are good .
I went for a pedicure and she used gel nail polish when I asked for regular. She did not use the light and it all came off when I took my socks off and showered. I called and they said I could come back and get a refund. When I went they refused to give me my money back. They kept trying to get me to do another pedicure and I did not want that. I will not be returning here. Horrible customer service
I had called the day prior to make an appointment for two people. She said no problem and I made the appointment for two gel manicures. When we got there right on time, she took my friend right away and I had to wait about 10 minutes for a girl to come out of the back. She said thank you for waiting and I said no problem. Then she proceeds to try to bring me to it whole different room then where my friend was sitting. I told her that I had made an appointment for two people to get our nails done together. So I was going to sit next to my friend. She said no, and I said yes so then she caved and let me sit next to my friend. I had a previous gel manicure on my nails that had grown out pretty far. She told me I had very nice nails and thought that they were acrylics. By the time she was done shaving them down with the tool, there was almost no nail left and they are extremely brittle now. As you can see in the photos they are cracking and falling off and I got this done five days ago. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place and will not be going back
