I had henna done here and I had a severe allergic reaction to it. It was not natural henna and caused a burning sensation for a few days and then it started to feel numb. After it flaked off, I could see that my skin was pink and had some scabs forming. It was a terrible experience. A month later, and I still have discolouration on my skin in the shape of the design that was done. I would not recommend getting henna/mendhi done from here. AVOID at all costs.
I posted pictures of the injuries left on my hands/arms and they were reported and removed. I wonder who did that...
Came here with my daughters for party henna and I must say, no skin test was done prior to application and they had the cheek to claim it was natural henna they were using. Within hours their skin started burning. When the stain faded away the actual damage started to show. Their skin was peeling and were left with scars. Who knows what dangerous ingredients are being used in their "henna" formulations. Please be careful especially with young children and those with sensitive skin. Everytime I post the pictures to show the level of damage done, this salon keeps reporting and gets them taken down. It's worrying that they choose to brush serious matters under the carpet instead of trying to put things right or learning from mistakes.

I asked for an eyebrow wax, i specifically asked not to make them thin but just to tidy up the shape, NOT ONLY DID SHE TAKE OFF MORE THAN HALF OF MY EYEBROW, one eyebrow was 2cm higher than the other (i wish i was exaggerating). I have an event tomorrow so had to rush to expression where they salvaged it!!!!
I booked for braidal package in August , skin prep for Wadding Day, (cleansing, waxing, diamond facial,) it was a great experience, Mrs is professional and always available for a change in schedule (when necessary) or a piece of advice for irritated skin. My wedding day makeup was really well done and i bought the matching jewellery from her salon too. I will definitely recommend this salon, If you are looking for reasonable price, quick and decent service, you are exact in the right place.

Very very very unprofessional....told them to do front fringe for my daughter and they ruined her hair...a teenager came and did her experiment on my daughter...took £15 for nothing....lame excuses with lame people working here. My daughter keep on crying so i had to take her another parlour to fix the damage they have done.very poor service ????
I had a haircut today and I love it! I asked for a trim, few layers and feathers at the front. She was really professional, she gave me tips on how to get thicker hair, I was seen on time and she's always so friendly too! I would definitely recommend cutting your hair from her and using all the other services she provides too :)
Amazing service. I had a diamond facial and hair was coloured too. Very knowledgeable and attentive lady. Each step was explained in a friendly and informative manner. I loved the results. Will definitely return here again.
