This was my first visit here and slightly dissapointed at the results. I had called beforehand and was told I could come ASAP, which was great, but upon arrival, manicurist was micromanaging the salon most of the time, causing me to have a rushed visit. I don’t get my nails done often and had a simple image shown to be done on my natural nails, and am underwhelmed. I was to remove my acrylics and then provided the picture attached to what the nails should look like, I had stated to cut the cuticles first before proceeding, but that didn’t happen and then a second layer had to begin, thus increasing time of visit. I felt completely rushed being there as I was being semi worked on while other patrons were tended to. I had asked the discretion of the manicurist to provide the right shade for me, but she kept applying the shade (incorrect color) even after I stated that it was looking more orange. I was being assured over and over of it being such a good color for my complexion, but the feedback I gave was not being tended to and the manicurist continued on. It basically felt like for times sake, I was just being rushed and barely made to have my exact idea for nails done. It was not helpful that the manicurist kept unrelentingly assuring me the color works, when I was complaining about it being orange. Ended up with whatever this is, but wish more patience and detail was taken into consideration.
My 1st time here and they did a amazing! I told Kelly how I wanted my nails and for my daughter and she did exactly what we wanted.... They all are friendly and good at what they do.... Will come back and recommend to come here....
Every time I come to Ann's nails, I leave very impressed & happy with what my nails look like! They take their time and do a wonderf job! I have good conversations and laugh while I'm there. I've brought one ofmy friends back in December & she loved her nails too. If you want good, quality work along with great service... This is your place!
I have been coming here since 2003 and am always very satisfied with the work Kelly, Ann and John do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was referred to this place by a friend to get a nail set which doesn’t last over a week , they got me into dip and I tried several times telling them than I need it thicker because they broke easily, they didn’t listen and on top that every time he did my nails make my finger bleed because his way to file was hard , I went for a pedicure and he used the hard sponge to remove death skin from heels and again make my feet bleed because his way to used file is not acceptable, hope I don’t get an infection , and please use disposable bags for pedicures, never saw anyone desinfecting chairs after a pedicure
Okay first time here and it was pretty great! The pedicure was good and definitely different they used wax to help soften the feet! The nails came out beautiful! The picture doesn’t do it justice and the picture was two week later but I still love them! The designs were hand painted onto the nails such talent and patience.
I love coming here to get my nails done they never disappoint me and my nails are always on point
They are so wonderful! I walked in and was helped right away, she was so nice and did such a good job! I love my set and will definitely be coming back sometime!
