We always order from Anise we really enjoy fresh food and ingredients. I don’t mean this to sound condescending to culture but this is the only Indian/eastern restaurant local to us where the unpopular vegetarian dishes still arrive with all ingredients fresh full of fresh spices as well. It’s so nice to find Cardamom, fennel seed & curry leaves sat proud in the dishes where other restaurants skimp and lack. It feels home made. Not only that but we order every month or so and they posted a get well soon message and something extra in our order due to us having to self isolate. Thanks so much guys keep doing what you do so well x

Delicious, home-cooked food. The service is fantastic and dishes are well presented. The restaurant has recently been revamped, making it a comforting, family-friendly atmosphere.

After very long long i had the best curry and briany from anise indian restaurant. Thanks to the chef and all the staff or quality service. See you guys soon. :)

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The Groupon deal was an added bonus too. Very clean place with tasty food that does not taste like a rushed curry like other places I have dined at.

Excellent food and very good service could not fault it at all

Fantastic meal, called ahead as no obvious vegan dishes for my partner but the chap was incredibly helpful and recommended best options (she had the vegetarian dhansak which was excellent). Order was here in no time at all and can honestly say it was the best Indian I've had in a long time. Very good price for the quality of food and service.

It was my first time visiting tonight. Very nice and cosy inside the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and very good service.. very polite n made sure we were well looked after. The food was lovely and good prices. Even did the cake for us n got to take my leftovers home. We will visit again xx

Ordered at 6.30 on under eats rang at 8.30 to say this order has not been received, he assured it was on its way right now with a driver. Waited 40 more minutes and was told the same thing.

They said we couldn't cancel after waiting 3 hours from our initial order. Feel assured I will never order from here again. Amazing customer service and a lying business.
