I have been coming here for years. Don does my nails, and I like his style. He is very detailed and he gets its done pretty fast. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable nails that look good.
I went here last week to get a full set with gel overlay. Don did my nails and let me just say he is the best in the business!!! Very happy, overjoyed and impressed with the job he did for me. Worth every penny!!!!! Awesome service with a smile and lots of knowledge in his profession. Recommend highly!!!!
I went in for acrylic fill and gel color. The last place I had gone didnt do such a great job. Once walking in we were greated and helped. We came in 30 minutes after opening but women were already getting pedicures . kim was great . She fixed issues I had with my nails without me bringing them up. She did a beautiful job I'll be going back to her.
I have been having my nails done for over 5 years and been to various salons from Del Mar to Chula Vista. Don is the best artist hands down that I have ever had my nails done by. His job is perfect every time! I'm so happy to finally find someone who gets it perfect every time! He also does my daughter and granddaughters nails. Perfect artist every time.
New owners, they took the salon over about a 10 months ago. Wonderful, sweet, polite customer services. They greeted u with smiles and sat you down with a nice cold bottle of water while you wait. Got myself a lengthy pedicure and they finished with hot stones. Also got my nails done by Don, he did my full set that looked so beautifully that i've never had one before. Definitely telling all my friends to come here. They have many technicians so the wait is not bad at all. Totally recommended.
A couple of nails were cut below the quick and are still hurt even though it was a week ago.
The lady was very sweet on the phone. When I got there a younger man came out from the back and his attitude was terrible. He worked there but I don't know his status. He was very rude to the sweet lady also working there and I didn't get a good feeling from him. He did my manicure and is was a total rush job and was crooked. My husband didn't do his pedicure because of the impression the young man gave us. Never going there again!
The place sucks. I got there at 9:30 a.m. today a Sunday morning for a pedicure and a routine nails fill. One of the girls started my nails. Then, she asked me to move to the pedicure spa and said she would finish my nails later. The same girl started doing the nails of another customer. I thought that she would continue with my nails once my pedicure was done, but that was not the case. After I had waited for more than half an hour since my pedicure had been completed, none of the girls were available to complete my nail job. At that time (11:10 am.) I had ran out of time and could no longer wait. I paid (full price for the nail fill - even though the job was only half way done) and left the place. I will never go back to that place. I live only a few blocks from this place and I support the local businesses. However, next time, I will rather drive and go somewhere else than going back to this place. Customer service is terrible. You do not abandon a customer to attend another customer because you will lose a customer.
