Really want to like this place because we are so limited in our choices in this area but my gel nail polish started to peel off after only 5 days of normal use, nothing that should’ve caused this. I had to go my entire vacation with nails like this
I put 2 stars because the staff is lovely, it’s probably peeling because of the old bulbs in the dryer for the nails. My pedicure has also held up which was dried with a different machine.
Me and my mom went there I got acrylics and my mom got normal polish. On my nails they did great I had a guy my mom had a woman. The guy was pretty friendly but the woman was a bit rude she cut my moms nail once but nothing serious. They did a great job!!
Hailey is my go to! Very friendly, makes you feel comfortable. Gives you what you want & always on time.
Vicki is a sweet lady. She did a great job. I will definitely request her again. I love my nails.
Got to give credit where credit is due. I came in wanting some Diamond/Gem art and Kyra in my opinion did a fabulous job. I left the salon feeling good! We did an ombré powder effect with stones. i let her do her thing and I’m so satisfied with my results. Sorry if I butcher her name. But THANK YOU again Kyra. ????????
Worst nail experience of my life. I was excited to try out a new salon for a full set for an important event. I went in and asked for a PINK french tip and left with unclean looking, uneven, unsatisfactory, PURPLE painted nails, - no french tip. I called back when I got home and asked for the possibility of coming in to get them redone with a different nail tech which seemed like no problem. When I went in for a second time I was given the same nail tech after being promised a different one, and the same unsatisfactory nail job leaving me no choice but to call and see if a refund was an option. The manager did not handle the situation professionally telling me it was my miscommunication and a refund was not a possibility. I will most likely be heading to another salon before my event and getting a completely new set of nails and never paying another visit or offering a recommendation to this salon again.
I would come to this salon every 2 weeks. I'd make my appointment, show up on time, and tip nicely too even when I disnt 100% like my nails. Today is the last straw. I went and got my nails done 3 days ago. My nail technician was great. I left feeling good about my nails. 2 HOURS later they started to chip. Not just one nail but 3 of them. I had called back wondering what they could do for the situation. They offered for me to either come in and have it fixed or a credit of $10 for my next visit. I live pretty far away from this salon and have to travel to it everytime I make my appointments so I thanked them and said the $10 was fine because I knee I'd be back. I went and got them fixed at another salon that cost me $10. The very next day my nails start chipping again.(the nails that were not fixed by the other salon) So I call back and let the manager know what is happening and asked for a refund so I could just get the nail color off and fixed somewhere else because I don't have the time to travel to them and have them fix it. She said NO. I asked why and she said it was because the nails didn't cure properly. How is that my fault??? My nails that got done THREE days ago should not look like they're a month old with chips in them. So I'm not allowed a full refund because their nail polish was not set right. So instead I get to go drop another $50 on a different salon. I 100% will not be back because of this experience. There are a handful of very nice and helpful technicians there but in the end if the manager is going to be unfair and rude when i have an issue..count me out.
Nice atmosphere, family owned, great work and they have a good team. But with an appointment the wait is consistently 15-25 min. We're all busy, that's not respectful of other people's time.????
