Made an appointment for my daughter to have tips and gel polish and a pedicure for a special event on Friday when she would celebrate her 5 year cancer free anniversary. Explained what was required to Kelly who was attending to her.
However, Kelly did not put on tips, just did a Gel french manicure and told her she did not need tips. Also Kelly passed her on to a young guy to paint the french manicure. He had a nasty attitude and was extremely rough, grabbing her hands, causing her pain, and shouting at her. Kelly had to take over but had to grind the gel off of one hand 3 times to fix the messy paint job. The manicure looks terrible, not worth the time and money. Unfortunately, I paid in advance, $95. and she did not even get tips. No one seems to speak or understand english and they do not listen to the customer at all. My daughter is very upset. I am extremely disgusted and would never return there !!
Wish had a better experience. My nails look like a hot messed and they didn't want give my refund another person tryrd to fix the nails. It just lessons learn.
I’ve been searching for months and months for a nail salon that not only do they do good nails but you also feel welcomed, and I think I’ve found my spot! It was my first time and it went pretty good, the nail tech I believe her name is Katie she was sweet and did an amazing job on my nails, short and sweet. Going back for sure!
This was my second visit here and I was a walk-in last night and Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails. My daughter and her friend were also walk-ins and they were both able to get acrylic nails. Thank you Angel Nails for superb service and pricing!
I give 5 stars for Dahn the nail technician! But yesterday ruined my image of this lady in their in the back that does eyebrows. I asked for wax and tint! She literally gives me the wax and no tint and walks out for the day! And the owner still charged me. Never will I do anything in here again except Dahn
If I could give a negative 10 I would! Not only did I have to go back twice to get my nails redone but the second time as you see in the pictures, it still wasn’t done right. I pointed this out to Cindy who did my nails and she said”, oh it will be fine” you’ll see what happened because she didn’t listen to me AGAIN, the polish lifted and these are GEL!! hence why I had to go back in because my nails were with bumps all around and not evenly filed. You can still see the unevenness on the nails. The other thing that happened was with my mother, the lady who did her pedicure cut her 4 times!!!! Was rude and rough unapologetic. And when she did her manicure it was as if a 5 year old polished her nails. I went to complain to the lady who seems to be in charge and she tried to fix it. Her nails were so thick I knew it would take so long for them to dry causing the nails to look even worse. Sure enough they did. My mother has several health issues and was too tired to stay so they can fix them so we left. Once we got home I was so enraged on the terrible job they did so I took my mother back to get them redone. I asked the lady “in charge” and she said she would do it. As I went to run an errand for my mother at Publix next door, she proceeds to speak in Vietnamese looking upset based on what my mother said and then she refused to do the French manicure that we had paid for originally!!! The only reason I didn’t go in there and asked for my money back was because I had to go catch a flight! Beware of this place! They are unprofessional, have people working there who don’t know what they’re doing and catch an attitude when you want the service they’re getting PAID for! This isn’t for free!! With so many nails shops in the area, this is not worth the headache nor your time!
This was my first going there and definitely my last. The guy that did my pedicure was horrible. He pretended to clean my toe nails. When I told him that the sides needed to be cleaned he gave me an attitude. He fake to cut my cuticles. He painted all over my toes and then started to clean the paint off making even a bigger mess. He did not know how to massage so he kept shaking my feet. On my hands I needed a refill and gel manicure. He did not spread the acrylic correctly and left bumps on my nails. He did a very poor job on my nails and also was extremely rude. Some nails are thick and some are thin and for all this I got charged $75. I Do Not recommend them at all. Poor quality job and bad service. I usually tip very well but this people did not deserve a tip at all.
I am not one for having patience doing my nails and toes. But I come here time after time because they make you feel like friends. They know not just my name, but all the regular customers names as well. I easily entrusted them to make me look pretty the day of my wedding. They are creative and fun. And by the way.. If you are looking to get your eye brows done, Sandy can do it with her eyes closed! She's amazing. Check them out!
