Tried on 3rd day of opening and although they have just opened service was free flowing and fast.

Staff in general were great and attentive.

We sat down to eat and portions were plentiful and had to force myself to finish up as it genuinely was excellent cod and chips.

As you would expect from a new establishment, it was very clean and nicely decorated.

Would definitely recommend.

What’s good? You get a large portion size. The curry sauce and chips were amazing. I really enjoyed them. They were a bit shy with the salt and vinegar.

The chicken was cooked fresh on site, however, it was way over cooked and ended up too crispy and dried out. Could easily pass on this.

If ordering on site, expect a 10 minute wait.

They didn’t offer any sauces and I’m not sure if this will incur an additional charge.

Total cost was £7.60 for what you see below. Probably worth it if you go once a month.

First time going here. I got cod and chips, pie and also a chicken burger. Everything was amazing and fresh. Lovely family atmosphere

Lovely food. Website is dodgy though can never click on it without it telling me I’ve won a prize for being the 1 billion user on the site and that my phones infected

To simplify this review, the best fish and chips in town, and don’t get me wrong, the other shops are okay, some betters than the others but this joint simple stand out by miles and miles, the chaps are very friendly too.
