Always a great experience. I've been getting my hair done there for over 15 years and my edges are still intact ????

The service was good but I had to wait more than 2 hours to get a small box braid; in the end they turned out to be medium and I had to take it off after two weeks because they were too heavy.

It was not worth paying $200 for this as I had to cut all my hair after removing the braids because the products they used on my hair caused my hair to get badly matted and the stylist did not warn me about it.

I will never come back here again. The skinny darkskin lady told me to comb my own hair and I guess I was going to slow for her so she took the comb and started raking through my hair. Hours later and my head is sore than it’s ever been and my hair is breaking off. horrible customer service!

These women at this hair salon is so talented. They complete absolutely amazing styles just like you ask. My only complaint it is too crowded. If they schedule an appointment with you they should honor it. If you want your hair done by them you have to wait. And it can be a long wait.

This place gets no stars from me. I went there to get goddess braids at 10:00am. They were busy so I waited for a bit. The braiding lady took not one but two customers before me and I was there first. The customers got the same style I wanted. She acted like i wasn't even sitting there. This was my first time going there. NEVER AGAIN!!! I totally wasted 1 1/2 hours sitting there for nothing.

Since moving to Jersey I have found that the area is not the best, but the hair braiding was great. About to make another appointment today.

Had to wait over 2.5 hours after I had called days in advance to make an appt. Crochet was too tight and used too much hair.

At first I was a little skeptical because I didn't know the area, but Amy did a great job with my hair!!! I just wish she had a sign that said CASH only so I didn't have to walk to a supermarket and use an ATM with fee. Overall, she was diligent, fast, and professional.
