I've been here several times but never had such a poor experience as I did today. I asked for a manicure with no polish and a normal pedicure. The attached photo is my "manicure". The pedicure was essentially a polish change. No file, no toe nail removal/cut, no foot file. My total was $40!! The employees' children were running around and made for anything but relaxing time. There are so few good nail salons in Muncie, add this to the list of places I won't return.
The pedicure was amazing. Wish I'd given him a bigger tip.. I will next time. Such a great job!!
Not worth it. Don’t sanitize nail tools(just used water to rinse them). The lady who did my toes trimmed my nails on the side on the nail bed and ripped out a small bit of nail. Now red and inflamed.
Kept trying to sell me gel after I said “no”. Probably asked me a minimum of 5 times, including the owner. Do not recommend.
I will give it one more attempt, but on this, my first time, I walked in for simple toenail polish (gel), and they look awful, what I could have done at home. I will update this if I go back and things are better...it could have simply just been a one-time thing.
I had went here before and was very happy with my experience decided I would go back and that was a mistake my nails are uneven they look awful and it was very clear I was upset now after paying for them I have to go somewhere else to fix them do not recommend.
I got my nails done with gel polish. They chipped the next day. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
We have gone to American Nails for close to 10 years. They do a great job on our nails. My grand daughter and I go about every 3 weeks. We love the choice of colors plus they have the color changing nail polishes. They have a very busy business so it is best to make an appointment but they do take walk ins.
Absolutely love going here. The technicians are all so kind, friendly, and they are always willing to take me on even if I didn’t have time to arrange an appointment prior. The quality of my acrylic and dip nails in the past have all been so great that my real nails are so healthy now!
