I scheduled a 6pm appointment for a Wednesday since I’m not off work until 5pm. I received a call that morning saying their heat wasn’t working. They rescheduled me for Saturday at 11:30am and I called off work for the appt. I arrived 15 min early and the shop was closed so I waited a while. At 11:30am there was still no one there. I must’ve called 5 or 6 times and left 2 voicemails. No one ever showed up or called me back. I live 30 minutes away and used my PTO. What a waste! Ugh ????

My hair stylist did a very very great job on my hair. When I went to her in February my hair was breaking off she cut it down really really low. Then I went to her in August of this year and now my hair has grew she does a excellent job on your hair.

Loved my experience there at ALTA MODA hair salon. My new stylist Ms.C is truly God send, I myself is a licensed hairstylist and it was truly a pleasure to sit in someone's chair that listened and understood my needs. Love my hair can't wait for my next appt.

Angel doesn't mind walk-ins and literally saved this past Saturday. Just be prepared to wait if you are a walk-in client. Friendly atmosphere, clean shop, and wasn't jam packed when I went. I got a wash and some two strands done for just 60. Well worth it when I payed 70 in Atlanta without a wash.

I like the salon & atmosphere but when the owner & the veteran hairstylist of the salon left it got really ghetto. The loud talking & profanity began with the vivid rap music. My experience with the new nail tech UK was unpleasant. Her breath smelt horrible & she was on her phone my entire service with an nasty attitude. She repeatedly cut my fingers with a file & raised her prices. My nails turned out to be cute but my fingers was cut & service was horrible.

Decent shop Charisma got me and my mom together within 3 hours. I just wish they had more stylist available.

This place is GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL... I took my daughters there for service and Shavone was their stylist. Her attitude was nasty and she was rude. Waste of time and money. DON'T GO THERE.
