This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a nail salon. The man that started to take care of me was so rude. He started doing my nails and then proceed to start to yell at me when I was trying to explain the design I wanted. Then made me get up and took the person that came after me and said I had to wait. I waited for a good 30 min in which 3 other people who came after me were taken care of. Meanwhile I'm sitting waiting. When I go to ask how much long he still has the nerve to keep up with the rude attitude. Definitely will not be coming back. I've been to many nails places in naple in my 13 years of residence here and I've never been to a place so lacking in a good costumer service.
I have been going to Allure Nails since December of 2020 after being referred here by my waitress who had gorgeous nails. I have to say this is the best nail salon I have been to. Lina is absolutely amazing!
I am extremely picky and she has been doing an incredible job every single time I have been in. This is pretty rare to find a salon that is that consistent and has superb work every time! I can't suggest this place enough.
On top of doing an excellent job they are all so nice and friendly as well. If you are new to Naples or just on vacation this is where you should be going! You will not be disappointed!
Go to Kevin! He's amazing, takes his time but w a purpose. He made sure my nails we're up to my standards and I like how he suggest what's best or new ideas. It's pretty cool how considerate he is when doing your nails because I can't tell you how many times I spend $ on the expectation of my nails being on point. I'm all about quality over quantity! Allure nails understands this. 6stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you ask me!
I love this place!!!!! Kevin did an awesome job on my nails!!! First time doing powder on my nails and it’s perfect. He explains the steps completely!!! Come see him. I will definitely be back. Also try Ana for a pedicure. She’s amazing!!!
Lena, she is AMAZING!!! She always knows how to satisfy your needs when it comes to your nails, her husband is good as well. You need your nails done, go to ALLURE and you sure will be satisfied. THANK YOU LENA!!!Oh also Skylar is also amazing when she did my pedicure very nice and pleasant.
This is one of my go to nail salons. The staff members are very friendly. And the owners are great people to talk too. They love to hear stories their customers tell them. This is especially great for my daughter. Who is autistic and love to talk about a lot of things. Even if sometimes her stories may be a little hard to understand. But they never make her feel Any different. Which this is very rare for me to find at certain establishments.
Went in to have girls day with my sisters and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Both of my sister's had their nails done and were so pleased as always (their nails also last incredibly long compared to when they are done else where) I decided to get my eyebrows done and they did an outstanding job. I also noticed how they treated other customers being very attentive and having conversation. All around I love the service, the prices and the atmosphere. My sister's and I can not wait to go back for another girls day. Thank you to everyone at Allure nails & spa, can't wait to see you all again.
