I’ve been going to Jalainna for years and always walk away happy. Two of my kids also have their hair done by Jalainna and also very pleased. My son is very particular, having had bad experiences at other salons, and he is 100% satisfied. Love the salon and all services!!
Best place for eyebrow waxing! Staff is usually friendly, but front desk is/can be grumpy and a little short at times. Overall though, the best place for eyebrows in Cheyenne!
I would give a 0, if possible. Unfortunately, I had given this place the benefit of the doubt. The salon has very poor lighting so it's impossible to see the terrible dye job until after you've left. Convenient? A couple times I had to go back due to hot roots and inconsistent color, but apparently the problem is the brand of dye, or so they claim. Stephanie wasted my time and money on multiple occasions, but the last time was the last straw. She painfully ripped through my hair, left me with orange splotches and all over the wrong color (think burgundy instead of chocolate brown), and crooked bangs. Save your money, and go to CO, unless you want to spend even more money fixing it.
Brandy did a great job of taking my hair from shoulder length to pretty short! I will definitely continue going to All That Jazz!
I’ve been seeing Shannon at All That Jazz for several months now, and my hair has NEVER looked so good! She gave me a great cut that even styling-challenged me can make look good, and my color and highlights look amazing. I get compliments on my hair all the time. She’s also fun to talk with during my appointments, and she gets it when I have to get work done. I’m fortunate to have known some fabulous stylists in my time, but Shannon is the Queen in my book!
I just got my hair done here for the first time today. When I walked in I greeted and offered coffee or water from the receptionist, she was very friendly and professional. The building is bright, clean and welcoming. Barb was my stylist and she was wonderful. She is very upbeat and friendly. She was smiling through the whole process, I couldn't help but smile. I can see she loves what she does. She did exactly what I wanted. I have curly hair and she knew how to work with it. I couldn't be happier with my cut and style. My whole experience was awesome. Thank you Barb.
I love my stylist Barbara. She's fantastic. I extremely fine hair and she cuts it beautifully every time. She really listen to what I'm saying and works her magic!
