They are horrible at what they do!! I literally asked for a trim to be even out and instead got a buzz cut! I’m so mad how they just ignored the fact of what I said and went about to cut his hair all off! I do not recommend going here and so unsatisfied with their service! This was his before and after picture! They didn’t even shape his face right and the back of his head is so uneven. Like how unprofessional could they be and expect their customers to be satisfied.

I love my local pet boutique. It's local so that's even better. They did an amazing taking care of my pit/lab mix & my little pomeranian shztu mix. Will definitely be back...

This would be our second visit. First with boomer and this visit was with boomer and yoda. They do a great job!we had problems with yoda supposedly being nippy at other groomers but today the groomer at all tails said yoda was great! We like ther service so much we booked an appointment tomorrow for our amstaff.i highly recommend all tails. They are professional, attentive,and do a great job.

Tammy reached out after noticing some things during our Benji's last grooming suggesting I might want to have him looked at by the vet! Turns out he had allergies we didn't know about! She really does care and goes out of her way to be that second set of eyes. Oh!!! And a great groomer too. He likes going and looks so handsome after. Thank you All Tails ????????????

My dogs absolutely love coming here they be so excited when we get there & they do a wonderful job with my dogs

They're very nice here you can come in between 12:00 and 1:00 and get your nail clips done and it's not expensive they're very nice place the people are fantastic

I took my dog to get groomed while back, they did a complete shave due to he had lots of knots on him. Since he was completely shaved there was no need for me to take him for a few months no hair to trim. I made a appointment 2 months later, I was 15min late for the drop of due to accident they wouldn't take him. So my next day off was till next month I made another appointment they accepted my appointment one day before his next appointment they call and cancel it because she said I need to take him frequently for( no hair to cut) I'm not going to spend money so she can spend some alone time with my dog! Why wait a whole month to cancel ??? I guess they're paying me back!! Don't know if this is all a misunderstanding but this is not a way to do business. Waste of time!! Now it's making me think why his ears were very swollen when I got him back the first time ????
