The barbers do a great job but would never bring my sons here. Poor professionalism in regards to their language. Don’t mind men talk vulgar when children aren’t around, but there were at least four boys under 10, while I was waiting. Hopefully they’ll take this into account in the future. Just because they’re not yours, doesn’t mean you can be a bad example.
The cuts always turn out great for my son, employees are nice enough. The shop is a disaster though. Floors are filthy, everything is covered in dust except for the 2 stations in use and the chairs in the waiting area smell absolutely disgusting. I could smell musty body outdoor and dirt as soon as i opened the door. Sad they don't put as much effort into keeping the place clean as they do in their actual barber skills.
Great service! These guys have it down to a science. You get in, tell em what you want, they do it, and you're done. They have set (and very reasonable) prices and tvs playing to provide something to pass the time. There's also a pet shop next door that I used to pass the time while my girlfriend got her undercut. Honestly for a last minute walk in appointment we could not have been happier with our results!
Went in on a friday just to waste my time and not get my haircut. They only work by appointments friday but didnt say anything when i walked in nor do they have a sign anywhere that says that. I waited a whole hour just to be sent out. Unproffessional.
Sat their for 5 minutes .. no one greeted, no one said take a number...nothing. I might as well have been a fly on the wall. Felt like a morgue. Nobody was talking, not even the customers. Got up and walked out. Theses guys forgot what customer service is all about. 5 minutes was more than enough to figure out customer service is not in their vocabulary. These boys may think it's cool to act arrogant but one day they'll get old and so will that attitude. Now with all that add, UNCLEAN. My garage is better kept than the seating area. So, what does that tell you about the hygiene of the scissors or clippers...on your scalp? You couldn't pay me to go back. Somethings in life are priceless...like my health.
Been there a couple of times, only to give them the benefit of the doubt. First of all when you come in you have to keep track of when you will be next. If you want to give them a tip give them a notbook instead. They take forever a sure 2 to 3 hour wait. At the end they leave your hair choppy, one side higher and or lower then the other and to top it off blade burn and cut. Let's not forget the attitude, horrible customer service.
Not speaking on the other barbers, im sure this is a great barber shop based on all the good reviews, but this particular barber that cut my hair was no good, gave me a high gas not a taper, and more seriously gave me a bald spot. I can honestly say i did not have a scar in the back of my head. Just hope this doesn't happen to another fellow.
I took my 2 kids there and it was so awful how they smoke inside the shop. The place was dirty and the wait is to long. I took them somewhere else where the barber was nice,clean,cheaper and so professional. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
