My nails grow curved naturally which means that acrylic coverage as well as when being polished the sides must be paid attention to and covered. When the owner Ali misses the sides, leaving my nail exposed, water gets under the acrylic, my nail snags clothes, as well as my nail ripping. This time he told me “ BE QUIET” , as I demanded that he cover the exposed nails. He then walked out the salon and left me and my 1/2 done nails in the seat. When he entered again he called the next customer. I asked if he wasn’t going to finish my nails, he said “ NO!, don’t call me anymore!” And the picture shows the current state of my nails. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. The Tech used a brush to apply dipping powder. My nails were rough and the edges had no polish, my nails looked like it was 3 weeks old when I was done. I decided to return 2 days later and kindly asked them to redo my nails. The Tech said it was fine and she filed the sides and put some clear polish over the horrible nails and she told me “bye.” I left without an argument because I knew it would not solve the problem but I wanted to write this review and add some pictures to save my sisters from making the same mistakes. Enough is Enough! ????????????????????
They rush you once you get in. They don't even allow your feet to properly soak and instead on focusing on what the customer needs they are mostly concerned with upselling you things that should be free with your service. $7 for clear nail polish that's ridiculous. I won't be going there again. I'm total i spent $40 FOR A $20 PEDICURE plus tip. ????????????????
I have been going here for years, today Jenny did my pedicure and she did a good job.
This nail salon is great. My former partner started taking me there. Our nail lady is Wendy. She's excellent. Always does a great job...on my mani...pedi. I'm always pleased!
I was all for giving this establishment an average rating. The prices were completely reasonable and they offered many services. But maybe the prices are too reasonable because so many things suffer.
Aesthetically the location is old and in need of some serious cleaning and updating. But again, really low prices. Here’s where things go south. I watched them give a spa pedicure to a customer then rinse the tub out with hot water and put another customer into the same tub. They didn’t sanitize it between uses.
The lady who gave me my pedicure cut my toe. Fingers crossed I’ll be okay.
When it was time to pay, I was arbitrarily charged $3 extra dollars for “tax.” When has tax ever been a thing at a nail salon? Never again.
I told her the color I wanted, and she used powder for the acrylics that did not match the color I actually wanted. Also she seemed to be in a rush, however there were no other customers in the shop. Just felt rushed. Overall the nails looked nice. I just wish there was better communication.
