This is the absolute worst place I have been to in 20 years. My nails were coming up on day 2. I went back into the shop on day 3 for a fix. I asked why this was happening. One of them said every nail is different. Yup, as is every nail job.
The girl who did them initially said she would fix them and I said no way. I told her she wasn’t touching my nails because if she had done them correctly I wouldn’t be back on day 3. She offered to give me my money back but the guy said no, which was fine. I just wanted them to last more than 2-3 days. He asked me to pick a color. Then when we get to the end he tells me he can’t switch colors because there is a fee. I didn’t necessarily want a color switch, but he offered so my daughter and I were going to do the same color. I didn’t mind the original French with black tip since I only got to enjoy it 2 days. The aura during this fix was so heavy. I didn’t choose to have them come off, but I was going to money’s worth. Never EVER going back again. EVER!!!!
My daughter and I always love getting our nails done here! On the one occasion I didn’t see Trouble for a manicure, I wasn’t pleased, but he took care of me on my next visit and acknowledged the work wasn’t great. I’ve had good pedicures here too. No frills, per se, but I got what I paid for. If you are pressed for time, ask before you stay. If you aren’t 100% sure how much your service will cost, ask. Build a relationship with someone you enjoy seeing there and you’ll be extra happy with your service in most cases!
Super friendly technicians! They didn’t rush me out the door, they took their time and gave me the nails I wanted. Very talented, very patient, and all the Dad jokes you can handle. Bao, aka Trouble, did a fantastic job. I’ve found my favorite nail place!❤️❤️❤️
I called this evening and knew it had already been a busy prior week and would be a busy week and they still let myself and my daughters come in and had all 4 of us (3 full sets 45 each, 1 gel polish 25$) in at 7 and done by 805. They close at 730 I was so very grateful for their generosity and they were quick, efficient, also kind.
Extremely disappointed. Older woman was very rough, seemed annoyed when asked to do minor nail filing and my skin hurts from her taking so much of my nail.
Highly recommend!!! Both of the nail techs are incredibly nice and funny. They take their time and are proud of their work!
I have been going to Alexie Nail for many years. I had moved away for some years and when moved back I went straight back to them. I seen many changes to the store made over the years but, the people are really nice and very helpful.
Very unprofessional service! If it wasn't for my mother giving my sisters and I this gift certificate for Christmas we would've never gone there. We originally had an appointment at 4pm and got there 5 minutes before and even called when we were on our way to clarify everything because this isn't our first rodeo. Ended up waiting an additional two a ND a half hours and then when the lady told us to go back in the back room we sat there for another hour before anybody even looked our way. She started to paint my nails not even bothering to cut or file them, didn't even give the foot massage like they are supposed too.granted I know it was almost closing time but to rush my service was uncalled for.and when we finally got done with everything we went to go give them our certificate and he upcharged us 25$ a piece on top of our 55$ certificate because he didn't clarify that gel nail polish didn't apply to our certificate Which should've been mentioned before hand. 10/10 would nit recommend. Cause we basically paid them 75$ a piece to paint our nails when we could've done that at home!!!
