Been going here for years. I’ve had great experiences with Lexy, Z & latest has been Josh. Awesome barbers usually awesome experience but the way the owner handles business is far below professional. I ended up with a poorly done haircut from a student (which happens, no hate on him); pay for it anyway, received no apology on the owners’ behalf because he was too busy taking it personal. Then come to find out the owner has been spreading word to staff and my friends (his other clients) how “wrong” i’ve been acting because of the misunderstanding that unfolded due to his lack of respect in me waiting for my preferred barber. Now i can’t even go into the shop to get my usual cut without feeling resented by the entire staff - because of a simple misunderstanding.
Moral of the complaint - respect clientele and their preferences & keep it professional.
I've been a customer for 10 years and I've never once had a bad experience. The staff is professional and friendly. The shop is clean and neat at all times ! Not to mention the haircuts are top notch , highly recommend!!!
I highly recommend Nate. As young as he may look, he’s passionate about his haircuts. I’m a very picky person when it comes to my hair and be did not disappoint. He made sure everything was perfect while cutting my hair and made sure everything looked good to me sitting on the chair. Thank for making sure I look my best for prom!
Been going to Al’s since they were located on Main Street, over on the north end. Never a dull moment in the shop, and the service has always been top notch. Talented team and amazing set of people.
Nate has been my barber for the better part of a year, and has kept me looking my best. Not to mention, he’s made appointment setting a breeze. Whenever I need a cut, I just text my barber and (before you know it) I’m clean cut and back home on my couch. Cannot Give this place enough praise.
