LOVE this nail salon. Everyone here does amazing work, I'm not hesitant to see any of them, but Kim is my go to girl. She listens to exactly what you want and how you want it. I leave happy every time!
Best place in Wilson. Very professional and the place is beautiful and very relaxing. They seem to know their customers by name, very nice. Daniel did an AMAZING JOB! I will be back for a pedicure!
Kim does an amazing job as well as Peter......haven't experienced any of the others, but so far I have been well pleased!
This is a very professional shop. I am from out of town and was unsure where to go. They were all so kind and the conversation was fabulous. Offered beverages and overall great service. Peter was the best. Will definitely be back.
Airport Spa and Nails are very warm and inviting with their atmosphere and the people that work there.
They are also top of their game when it comes to having my nails look great.
$75 for a pedicure started with one person he had appointment with someone else gave me to another person definitely not worth it less learned
This nail salon is great at providing services; however, they do have some things that need to be worked on. Overall good customer service. They should make a note on the door that it is appointment only for the weekend. I have been going here for quite some time so I already know that I need to make one to ensure they will be able to serve me. The only problem with the appointment only is that no one answers the phone to set up the appointments. I am in the routine of setting appointments during check out, but if I need to change or cancel my appointment, it is almost impossible to reach them by phone. If you are going to do appointment only, be sure to have a receptionist there or someone designated to answer the phone at all times.
My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and were trying to find a new place here and we are so glad we came across this place. They closed at 4 and our appointments were at 3, we were afraid they would rush to get out but they absolutely took their time and did it right. They seated us quickly and we didn’t have to wait. Very comparable prices to where we came from and extremely great service. We will be back next month.
