Chelsea's shop and the people at work there is awesome great atmosphere great people a relaxed way to get your hair done I enjoy it so much and I have been going for quite some time even when Gail owned it best place ever
My cousin Michelle works there and never fails to impress me with her amazing hair styling skills! I've been getting my hair colored by her since I was 20 (currently 26) and I always love what she ends up doing with my hair! Hopefully next time I can get a roulette done with her!
I made an appointment for 1pm today and they were closed. But someone started playing music inside. terribly rude. They must think they’re kind of special. They will never hear from me again.
Michelle is amazing! She is a stylist who you can trust (I'm a newbie to hair color) and knows what she is taking about. She always gives 100% and I am never disappointed. Recommend her highly!!! Salon is clean and organized and staff are very friendly.
I have only ever had 1 person cut my hair so this was my first time going to a salon. I’ve never been able to make short hair work and they somehow made it work for me. Everyone there is very friendly and I had a great experience.
I’m incredibly disappointed in this business. There is a MAJOR communication flaw. Here’s the problem for anyone new trying to sign-on with a stylist at Absolute Hair. If you do not get the direct phone number of your stylist, it is very unlikely that you will successfully get an appointment. I had an amazing experience my first time going in and getting my hair cut. I was able to make an appointment a few months later with the same stylist a MONTH in advance only to have it canceled without my knowledge. I show up to my appointment EARLY after at least two phone calls to the business number throughout the month (and leaving a message with my number and a request for my stylist to call with SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT AT THE SHOP-an outsourced ANSWERING SERVICE!) only to find out the stylist had left/assumed I wouldn’t come/thought my appointment was canceled. I will NEVER use this hair salon again. What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Not only did I get told that my stylist “just thought I had canceled,” but that I was told it was paired with a family emergency.
Literally, ZERO phone calls, ZERO messages to me to get back to MY prior calls, but also no calls to cancel the appointment for a family emergency.
My suggestion: HIRE SOMEONE to do scheduling for the stylists that callers can work with. I cannot recommend you at this point.
