Do NOT buy hair nets from this store. I purchased this Saturday and wore it twice and it was unraveling by Tuesday. I never had a hair net that did that.
THEY SOLD MY CLIENT FAKE HAIR AND IM A HAIR STYLIST. The hair was obviously synthetic and wouldn’t take any toner or color. They gave my client the wrong shade and length when she asked for all black 22 inch tape ins. The staff was rude and didn’t want to help and kept saying the hair was real. Horrible service, no help and left with fake hair. Do not buy anything from them. Even the packaging that says real hair isn’t real hair!!!
Purchased a wig 3 hours ago and wanted to return it to get a more expensive wig and was just informed, that there is no returns on wigs. This is ridiculous, since I never wore the wig and wanted to return the item was more expensive wig. Besides, I never saw a sign stating no return on wigs, nor is it stated on the receipt. I will no longer be a repeat customer. Been shopping at this store for years and today while there I noticed the staff is a bit lazy and the vibe is off.
There service as become less personal and more business. Horrible Customer Service and knowledge about product is on a novice level. They have lost my Business and others along with me. It take a lot for me feel angry or bothered with disrespected and treated unfairly as a #1 Customer. I will take my Business to Discount beauty supply store!!! I purchased an item from this place and when I got home I realized that it was completely empty. I returned approximately 10 min later and asked for a refund. The man said no refund, store credit only. So I went to get the same item and all of them were empty and I showed the clerk. He said get something else, I told him I didn’t want anything else and he just wouldn’t give me my money. I took the trash I purchased. I called my bank and got my money back. That is insane! I didn’t return to this place until maybe 9 months later. So the same guy gives me attitude and hates me but I was in the right rather he agrees or not! I use to come there and spend 50-200 dollars, now I only go there if I’m in an absolute rush ( which is maybe twice a year) and I won’t spend more than 30.00 dollars!! Today, while at work, I seen a employee from this store getting arrested. His name is Md Bodiuzzaman. I’m thinking about posting his mugshot here! It’s karma. Although, he wasn’t the guy that refused my refund. I always see him watching me and others as if we are thieves. They are always calling someone a theif as well. Once I heard a guy working there say we have 50 cameras, we can look at certain people and know they like to steal! Majority of your clients are black. If we don’t support you, what will you do!! Very nasty people!
ABC Beauty supply staff are well respected staff that treats each and every customer the way they should be treated. Everyone has different experience by going to this beauty beauty supply. Their price are reasonable for the customers, especially the wigs ????????.

Went into ABC beauty supply for the first time today (2/22/2020). Went to the scarfs to see if they had any that were an adequate size, they didn't. Man working on cash kept on watching me throughout the store. Got to the register and told him I was paying with my credit card. Proceeds to ask for my identification, then asks me for my name and birthday like I'm not using my own card. Seeing all the other reviews below it is prevalent that the owner of the store profiles every person of color walking in and out of the store. If you're going to racially profile your customers maybe don't open a business in a predominantly black part of Broward County. Food for thought!
They have the best wigs!! Lots of fun stuff too. Unique bling for reasonable prices. A little bit of everything. Bought a wig on sale for a play. Part of a costume. Perfect! And it was $5.99. Good location.
