The set wasn't what I asked for and it doesn't look professional. Never will I use them again. Well just got nails redone at another salon today and was told that the acrylic was entirely too thin on the nails which led to me having a huge split in my real nail beneath.

The owner is so rude and hateful. Never ever will she get my money. My eyebrows were not even twins. I know they can't be exactly the same but at least be similiar when i address the issue she made me so mad I walked looking a mess. But I told her she would never get another dime of my money and I mean that. Now I do threading with Cynthia. She is the absolute best.

Tram did my pedicure and she was awesome. I recently tore my ACL and MCL in my knee and she took good care of making sure to make me feel relaxed and taken care of. A++++ on a day well pampered!

I got French tips !!! I had to go short bc of work and she did them perfectly im so mad I didn’t get her name

I got a full set of dip nails and they turned out lumpy and weird looking. I asked for a cloud looking design and they said they couldn’t do it. They also weren’t filed enough

I'm a simple girl so u won't see glitz and glam unless on occasion. Tammy did an outstanding job and was very courteous and professional with great conversation.

Took my elderly mother into the shop to get her toes polished! She did not want them soaked only cut, filed, and polished I was told they have a weight Capacity and they could not do her toes because she was too big to sit in their chair! Took her right across the street and they offered to put her in one of their chairs and she refused due to back issues so the did her toes right there! Wasn’t even 20 mins! I will never spend my money here or even refer anyone to this place!

Got here 10 minutes before my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time before being seen. Then the girl acted like she didn't know what she was doing. This was the worse pedi I have ever had. My feet were no better than they were when I entered. Definitely will go elsewhere next time. Have been coming here for years, but after today I'm done.
