I absolutely hate my nails. I think it's better to admit that you can't do the design and have me choose something else rather than do a horrible design. My nails are a complete mess and I did this for my birthday. I hate it so much. People were speaking so highly of this place and i drove all the way there and had the worst experience ever. Never again.

Above was my initial review based on the first picture. They reached out to me, apologized and offered to fix my nails. I gave them another shot and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love my nails and the customer service here is impeccable. Thank you Katie for being a great manager and thank you Tony for being such a great nail tech! I am in love with my nails ????
I have been coming to this salon since last year. I love their work, and the speed they take for getting you in and out. The picture below is Tony's work, he got my dip done with overlay of glow for 30 minutes ONLY.
Will definitely continue going and recommend everyone to go!!!!!????
TONY is absolutely amazing, but truly everyone there are artist. Very professional very fast and very beautiful work. I have been getting my nails there religiously every three weeks for the past three years and the service never lacks, the nails are always on point!!
I’ve been coming here for many years and there’s great artist here but once in awhile you get handed to someone who isn’t the best at a pedicure and that’s what happened today I was very nice and patient through out the whole time telling her how to fix it and she was saying stuff under her breath in her language and then she got frustrated and gave me an attitude and grabbed the manager Katie and then she tried fixing them and made them even worse and when I told her I’m paying a lot of money for a pedicure and they’re not coming out how I would like them to mind you it’s my birthday today so I was hoping to have a nice job done she got upset with me. This is isn’t the first time that when I’ve said I did not like a service they have not tried to be apologetic or have the patience to re-do it. I will no longer be coming to this establishment nor recommending people. It looks worse than a homemade pedicure I didn’t even have ne up proceeding with getting my hands done.
I just started coming back here and know the owner from before.but the last two times I’ve come have been not so good. First time getting tips in awhile because all my nails broke the time before, My nails didn’t last. This past time I came to get fall color nails and then 2 days later one finger snapped. I took time on my day off to come get that 1 finger fixed. The next day another one snapped off just from doing normal everyday things! When i came againnnnnnn, I asked for another layer to make them thicker.the front desk lady told me they can only fix the one broken nail and if I wanted them all thicker I’d have to pay… PAY?!! I originally told the guy they are thin and he assured me they were just right for the length. Nails are supposed to last AT LEAST 2 weeks when it’s been not even 3 days!!!! So now, each time need nails break everyday I’ll be coming back. This makes no sense. The front desk lady was NOT very nice or understanding about it at all. Then got a gel pedi and just paid $43!! That’s more than a nexgen mani lol. These places are really failing. Now off to find yet another nail place that will do something right. Ugh.
update: prices are not the major picture here. Here, i added pics to show per the response how paper thin my nails are. The middle picture shows what he fixed when it snapped (so much thicker). Nexgen is not supposed to be this thin. I have been getting nexgen for years and never had a set this thing. It snapped putting on my sons shirt. Everyday normal things!
This place was recommended to me by three different people so I decided to give it a shot. I had to come back the day after I got my gel manicure because they were peeling, only to come home and have them start lifting AGAIN. I will not be wasting my money here ever again. If you decide to come here, be ready to be treated with impatience and to have your money wasted.
I am littleraly obsessed with this place! They are one big friendly family and make you feel very welcome! They have so many nail techs which means hardly ever a wait! Show them any design and they will do it beyond your expectations! Last but not least, their prices can't be beat! Looking forward to my next visit!!
Love this place! I moved to Orlando from Boca and after two years of coming to them, I am still loyal. I will come to 5th ave any chance I get. I will not let anybody else touch my nails! Great service and overall great people! Tony is the man if you like crazy designs and long nails:)
