This place makes no sense. Walk in to get haircuts for me and my son and see a sign that says cash only on the "front desk" no price menu, nothing else. Nobody works this desk so I ask a stylist and he says well it just depends who cuts your hair. He informs me he takes card, cool he starts on my kiddo and says another guy can start on me. Somehow my haircut takes half the time as my sons later to find out it's because it was half done. I asked for a razor fade with #3 on top and he said ok but never gave me a razor fade and the #3 he must've just went over once it was very uneven. The guy who did my son's was great and actually very helpful. He took his time and made it nice. So I figure it's time to pay the man for my haircut but he just sat in the chair on his phone and never said a word after my cut. I ask my son's stylist because he's helpful and he goes to talk to him....turns out this person doesn't take card just cash and he charges $40! My son's stylist charges $35... He ended up running my card on his phone once for my inaudible stylist and once for himself...also a tip for both was WAY more expensive than it should've been. I have no idea what type of business they are running here or who's in charge but I would definitely stay away!

E the barber always has my boys looking fresh! He's quick to confirm scheduled appointments and will always find a way to squeeze my husband and 2 sons in if the booking app doesn't have a 3rd appointment. He knows what he's doing and is very quick! I don't think any of my guys have spent longer than 20 minutes in the chair. This dude is one of the best we ever came across! After trying him once, we knew we had just found out new barber!
They cuts are good but these guys are completely unprofessional, customers will walk in while 3 barbers sit down and do nothing, they talk more to each other than they do cutting hair and turn a twenty minute haircut into a hour long cut. The barbers always have a bad attitude and have no sense of customer service. This place was good at one time but not anymore.
Clean & Professional. Great atmosphere! Great barbers! Definitely will be going back.
Haven't been able to get in since the pandemic began, can only get in by scheduling an appointment via some app??? Just going to Floyd's now. Appointments are easy to make, great people, quality cuts, and affordable.
E the Barber kills it and always has great attitude. Just make sure to go to vargo and make appointment. Great job
