Called to make an appointment and they had an opening right away. Mr. John did an excellent job and always checked in each step of the process to see if I was liking the way they looked. Everyone was very nice and as people would leave they were wiping everything down. Everyone was wearing masks and it felt really safe and clean.
Needs to change its name, otherwise it’s considered false advertisement. Nothing about my visit merits 5 stars. Worst customer service and end product subpar. My nail technician John was rude, extremely rough with my nails/hands. I don’t know if he knows how hands work, but my fingers are NOT supposed to turn that way just so he is comfortable using the tools he clearly needs more training on. Honestly, my 7yr old niece can do a better job at painting, at least she stays on the nail. At the end he did TRY to get the paint off my skin with Acetone; emphasis on the trying part.
Painful experience to say the least, bad customer service, rough, inexperienced techs, only about 40 colors to choose AND they’re over priced. A refill should not cost me more than a fresh set!
I used to get my nails done for 15 years. I stopped for a few years and decided to get back into it. John was so fast I was in disbelief, I've never had my nails done so quickly AND have them look great and very even! I normally always have to go home from a salon and fix them but not this time. It was such a relief! I will most definitely be coming back.
I LOVE going here. Nails last forever. Seriously, like a month. It’s a nice married couple who owns and runs it. It’s very quiet and relaxing. I have the best experience every time i go and my nails always look amazing.
This place was very efficient, and they fit me in even while they were very busy. They let my nails sit and soak while they were doing other stuff. Communication was a bit tough, and I pride myself in understanding multicultural accents, but for some reason I had a hard time understanding the employees here. However they tried their best and made sure I understood before moving forward.
I did have to go home and take care of some acrylic that was stuck under my nails and around my nails, which I think should’ve been looked at before letting me leave. But I also didn’t point it out so maybe that was my fault. Either way the shape and color is gorgeous!
I highly recommend these guys we used to go up to woodland Park at C&l but one of my friends actually recommended five star and I'm so pleased with them. It's definitely worth the hour drive. Very respectful friendly clean place.
The nicest nail place I've ever been to. The people, the prices, and the service were all above and beyond amazing. The place was spotless too. I called them at 11:30 and they were able to get us in by 1:30. This is my nail place from here on out.
Never going back. They cut my toenails uneven and didn’t even file them smooth. My nails had burrs in them which I had to file at home so they wouldn’t catch on clothes. I asked for skin to be cut around an ingrown toenail and the lady in charge of cutting nails said ‘ ya, ya, ya, ya’- and didn’t do it well. I said ‘you don’t file the nails?’, and she ignored me. They do pedicure in an assembly line like way- one lady cuts & trims skin, another massages, another paints. It’s not good for a complete pedi as the lady that cuts nails and trims is horrible. I didn’t tip because it was so bad and they bad mouthed me in their language ( easy to tell when they’re insulting you even if you don’t speak the language- you can read their energy)- I didn’t even get color and they did an unprofessional, substandard job.
