I went here and got a full set of acrylics. I showed the lady a simple spider web design and it looked terrible. I go to a different nail salon that’s in Greenville the next time to get a fill in. They make me take my nails off because 2000 nails gave me nail fungus because they don’t clean their tools properly. I will never set foot back in this nail salon ever again.
Don’t usually do updates, but here’s an update!! Just went here the other day with a few friends and family members! The staff were super nice and patient with all of us, wait time was around 30 minutes.. which was fine because it was the weekend. We absolutely loved it!! Three of us got pedis and manis and two got acrylic nails. The inspiration pictures were matched exactly and everything was just phenomenal. I loved the experience. Will go here again when im in NC!!
I went to the salon for my first manicure and pedicure for a special occasion. The lady who did the pedicure did a great job and took care of my cuticles as well. The gentleman who did my acrylic nails spoke twice and did no cuticle care and one of the nails is crooked and the base of the nails looks bloody and not smooth.He was very rough and left glue on my fingers. My elderly mother got her first manicure as well and the manicurist acted like she was going to leave without paying. Overall not a good experience. The staff were rude and not friendly.

I came to 2000 nails in Tarboro get my nails and pedicure done it was terrible the two ladies that work there so rude and The nail nipper was so dirty I can see the skin stuck under The nail nipper. it look like they're not clean from the last customer so dirty and Disgusting , I would never come back 2000 nail again
this message for whoever The customer of 2000 nails in Tarboro NC. couple lady who work for 2000 nails said The hot wax paraffin that they used to do pedicure , The owner told the worker keep after used the wax paraffin for customer , take it to the back room and the end of the day put back in the warmer for reused , imagine the wax have been reused so many customers again and again. , that is sick , disgusting nails salon to come get pedicure done , just because The owner. don't wanna spend the money to buy new wax paraffin. for every customer instead , reused the wax paraffins. that's make me sick ,
my friend work at 2000 nails salon in Tarboro NC , she said The wax paraffins that they do the pedicure , after they use for customer feets ,they put in the back room of the shop. and the end of the day they take the dirty wax and put it back in the warmer machine for reuse for the next day , witches not safe specially the covet times, the wax Paraffine it Been reuse many customers day after day , wonder why so far three customer came back get fungus and itchy skin she said. wao good luck to anyone come to this shop.
The older lady, Jessica, was extremely rude. She kept pushing my hand and not being gentle. She kept huffing and puffing because I told her she needed to fix my nail because she put it on crooked. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and after she put the base color on and everything she tells me she can't do the design I wanted and started talking rudely. This could have all been avoided if she would have told me to begin with that she couldn't have done it so we did not have to start back from scratch.
