As a first time customer, I was extremely happy with the service. The techs were friendly and welcoming. My nail tech (Kim) was patient and kept asking for my approval as she worked on my nails, ensuring I was satisfied. I will be back!
My first time experience here, (thanks to my wonderful husband for booking me) was on Sunday, the 13th of March (2022) , and I'm so happy he booked me. TINA did my full set and I AM SO HAPPY with the way she goes ALL OUT for her customers and makes sure she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and makes sure they are MORE than happy. The Owner, and the staff themselves, are extremely kind and are very patient and welcoming. i honestly recommend THIS place out of all of them. they're a 10/5 STARS for me ???????? I WILL BE COMING BACK HERE EVERY TIME FOR SURE!!! ????????????????

Now- TODAY (9.21.22) my mom, sister (who's getting MARRIED on Saturday 9.24.22) and one of her bridesmaids Mary, and I got our nails done for my sister's wedding. and all of us ( just like always ) are VERY VERY HAPPY with the results. I LOVE this place so much. they ALWAYS go above and beyond for the customers! ESPECIALLY Tina! THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS! ????????
This salon is my go to place for my nails, great pedicures, and even eyebrow waxing. Everyone is friendly, making it a relaxing, good experience.
It's been over a year that I have gotten a sweet treat on my feet.
#1 Nails was my first time visiting, its in walking distance from my house.
Clean and ready when I walked in.
I asked for a pedicure, I picked out my color , got the most incredible leg massage , while the chair was rubbing my knots out of my back.
Cute green color for spring and warmer days.

This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a new place close to home and boy did I get lucky. I like having nail art designs and decals on my nails around the holidays and it's so hard to find places that are willing to do a variety of techniques in one visit and afforable. Tina is amazing and I can tell she enjoys doing nail designs with how detailed she is with every stroke of the brush. I brought in a picture and she made my nails look way better than the picture I brought in. Most of the nails in the "My Nails" pictured are Tina's nail art designs. The lips are nail decals and the lace is nail wrap. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. My nails are totally ready for Valentine's Day! Thank you #1 Nails and Tina. I am not a fancy finger person. I only get a manicure and pedicure which I have never been disappointed. Everyone is super professional and nice.
Their quality and creations are top.notch.

Bad experience and I would not return. The salon was visually appealing with comfortable massage chairs, and my technician was not un-kind, so that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
For context, I have been doing my own nails for about 10 years. I only go to a salon for special occasions. This time, it was for a specific color that a bride chose for us bridesmaids. I chose to have my technician do polish only, without the massage, cuticle removal, etc.
I was so unhappy with the outcome, and this is why I don't go to salons in the first place. In my picture you can see on my thumb nail that my technician didn't remove the burrs on the edge of nail after she filed it. This caused a jagged scratchy edge once polish was applied. This occurred on several other nails as well. You might also be able to tell that top-coat was not applied to my whole nail and so it shrunk away from the sides and looked sloppy and unprofessional. This happened on almost every nail. Also no top-coat or polish on the edge of my nails, to help prevent chipping.
I unfortunately don't know the name of the woman who did my nails. Overall, I would not go back to this place and I can't recommend it.
