It was a quiet and nice visit. I was their last client and they took their time and were very polite. Unlike other nail salons I have been to, where the person is not acknowledging me and are handling my fingers rough, to where when I leave my fingers tips are sore and in pain... They payed attention to what details I wanted and even asked me twice to make sure. They did not rush at all and loved the way they handled my finger tips, I am very satisfied with my nails & I will be back for another full set in the future.
Absolutely one of the cleanest nail spas I have ever been in. Services are top notch. Prices are very reasonable. Perfection at its best and not to mention the amazing decor which literally makes you feel like you are in Paris. Loved it. Cant wait to be back in Flagstaff again to visit this amazing place.
Vicky did an amazing job! She is very polite, and took her time doing my pedicure.

I normally never leave reviews for places but I won’t be going back to this place for a reason and thought maybe the business would like to know why.
My freind and I have made appointments here twice. We booked for two gel sets and they said they would be back to back which is fine. We showed up 2 mins late but they weren’t even ready yet so it was fine and we still waited a few minutes for Vicky the nail tech to get set up (we could’ve arrrived early and still had to wait) my friend went first and is just about the nicest sweetest person you have ever met and we both work service industry so we are very gracious and understand the frustrations that come with the work. My friends set took about an hour and Vicky seemed in a fine mood, but was still getting upset at my friend for not positioning her nails ‘correctly’ under the UV light and that we were talking and laughing even though she was also on a phone call (which was fine).
Then it was my turn. I am not sure HOW they arrange scheduling but our appointment was at 1pm with two back to back gel sets but apparently vicky had also booked a double pedicure around 2pm because two other ladies showed up around the time it was my turn. Vicky’s attitude then took a deep dive. I was now a huge inconvenience and problem and she treated me like it was MY fault she was behind schedule when it seemed like she had over booked herself and made me the problem. She made me feel like I was doing her a huge disservice by getting my nails done. She was rough, rude, and finished my entire set in about 30 mins. She didn’t do any cuticle work or any clean up on my actual nails before. I can understand being stressed and behind schedule but this seemed like a scheduling error and had nothing to do with me or my friend but we were treated like a huge inconvenience to take care of. That’s no way to make customers feel for simply getting one of your services. We won’t be back
I was in town visiting family and made an appointment on a Monday for a full set with a French for thanksgiving with family. During my pedi, the ladies advised gel would be better for my nails rather than the full set I asked for. I was skeptical but I was the last appointment for the night and they stayed open to finish my mani pedi and wax so I was really thankful and just agreed. They advised I had long nails and the gel would be better for my nails... While removing the gel I had from my last mani, the tech used the nail drill to remove the prior gel- this made my nails SUPER THIN. By Friday, 5 of my nails had breaks that I couldn’t repair- I had to cut them all down and file them- which looks awful with a French. I paid $125 and left a larger tip than I normally would because they stayed open for me but I would have went somewhere else had I known the nails wouldn’t last beyond 4 days. Place is really clean but there’s no point if I only get four days out of them. They lasted through the holiday thankfully but beyond upset to spend that kind of money for a few days.
Place is clean, but Vicky is probably the rudest nail tech Iv ever come across. I thanked her twice and she said nothing. And her work wasn’t great either. 5 days post mani and my nails are falling apart.
Got a pedicure and I am happy with the results! Called an hour ahead and they were able to see me in the next hour. Once I arrived, they were on time to help me, took there time and did a great job. Satisfied.
Honestly just not sure what the bad reviews are about. English is their second language so if you are hoping for a big conversation it's not happening. Great service loved the feeling of my feet afterwards! And well my toes look fabulous! Thank you ladies.
