Me and my mom got her nails done a couple weeks ago there and the next day our nails started to peel we went in when they opened and they fixed them but still they peeled again I paid $103 when I was told it was $48 per person so I should have only paid $96 they are so unprofessional I had the guy who watched tv a lot and didn’t really pay attention my nails are different shapes and one nail Is longer then the other I am not pleased at all I want my money back but it is to late for that smh will never be going again
The person who worked on my nails didn’t do a bad job, hurt me a few time. Other employees were being rude to other customers not sure if I’ll be going back
I felt the service I got when I went there was not very friendly and they move people in and out of there like cows was very cold atmosphere my nails were filed crooked and the polish wasn't right

So I had my pedicure done never in my life have I paid $73.00 for just a pedicure. Even with gel nail polish no art work was done at all. Did a good job however over top price. Never returning.

They say walk ins but they have only been scheduling appointments. I only go there because of being able to walk in but the last two times I went, I had to make an appointment. If anyone goes there, I would recommend the older lady or older man. There is one young male that sits on the left side by Suzanne and he does really good also but the other young male does not! He watches the TV or his phone. He doesn't pay attention to what he is doing. He's rude and he sighs continously. Like he doesn't want to be there or do nails. He has messed up my nails and my daughters nails. He also leaves the acrylic to drip off of the nail and he doesn't clean up the skin or any other mistakes he makes.
As a man...I like getting my toes done and eyebrows waxed. The folks here are great, and never make me feel uncomfortable being the only guy in there.
