I went in yesterday for a pedicure. My mom pushed me to go because I never do anything nice for myself. The lady was very sweet but she cut back the sides of my toe nail.... It hurt but I stayed quiet... my mistake.. I thought she knew what she was doing but now I'm in excruciating pain and cannot walk! I can't sit around all day and hope for this to get better, I have 2 children under the age of 5 so sitting down all day isn't an option! I'm thinking of going to urgent care because my whole foot feels swollen. This is the last time I ever get a pedicure.
Came in for the first time not knowing what to expect, been living in the high desert for 3 years but could never find the right spot since I was so used to the salon I went down the hill. But this place is excellent from customer service, to the service to it’s area being clean.
When I came in I was greeted right away asked what was needed and if I had an appointment, I did not but they will willingly took me not waiting long and going straight to the pedi what was exceptionally satisfying.
Prices are great, people are friendly and take their time. Will be coming here again
Went in for a mani/pedi, I was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked how he could help me , I told him what I wanted and asked about the wait fully prepared to have to wait 30 min… to my surprise he said 10 minutes. It was literally closer to 5 min. The atmosphere in there is very spa like, massage chairs, comfy chairs at the nail stations, the room bright and well lit, the decor was pretty and inviting. Never would I have guessed how it looked nor did I expect much from a spot in a small shopping area here in Victorville . It smelled pleasant, I have a pretty sensitive nose but I got no whiff of nail products at all… the pedicure was relaxing and she took great care to make me happy. The designs are actually sticker appliqués under gel, designs are perfectly even and smudging is not an issue. The sugar scrub for my legs and feet was Amazing and smelled delicious and my skin is smoother than a baby’s bottom now. My manicure had to stay basic because of nursing school but she did a great job on making my nails look more beautiful. I will definitely be back. ❤️????
I love Youtiful nails. Everyone is so friendly. Jenny does amazing work. Sonny is also extremely great. All the staff really takes their time. This is the only place I go to for my pedicures.
I am very disappointed by their Customer Service. I was a loyal new client for the past 5 months and will not return again!! On Saturday I walked in for a nail repair, which I was there 3 days prior for a full set & pedicure, but I accidentally chipped a toe nail. I was told they couldn’t repair it because they were busy yet they were sitting walk ins. They would rather loose a client, over taking 5 minutes to repair it. Told me I had to come back another day after waiting almost 1 hour to be seen. Wasn’t my first experience…
I went to Youtiful Nails Lounge in Victorville for a pedicure and a set of acrylic nails. A sweet lady did my pedicure and she was also suppose to do my acrylic nails but instead Danny insisted he would do them. Unsure why maybe he needed the money. Since the minute I sat down you could see in his demeanor he was in an annoyed state. Any little movement he would complain. I sat very still and did not make any movement, I didn’t even touch my phone because of how unpleasant he was being. He placed one of the nails crooked when I asked if he could fix it he started ranting that I was moving and turning which is untrue and did not fix the nail. When I went up to pay I asked the nail tech that was at the register Vivianne if she could fix the nail. She acted kind at first but then started saying the reason the nail was crooked was because my original nail is crooked. This is another lie and there is no way she could see my original nail as I already had the acrylic nail on. She started filing the nail made it worse and shorter. I told her if she could replace the whole nail instead of filing it. She said yes I can but it is still going to be crooked because your nail is crooked watch you will see. I told her my nail is not crooked and you can’t make that assumption as you cannot see my nail. My nails are very short. My nail had nothing to do with why it was crooked. Danny placed the acrylic nail crooked. Danny walked up and started yelling at me when I wasn’t even talking to him. He has no respect for women and no professionalism. They started talking in their language and he left. I’m not sure what they said to each other but she proceeded to threaten me and told me she was going to remove all the nails. When she originally said she was going to replace the one nail. I asked her are you removing all the nails and she said yes that is what you said you wanted and I responded with I said if you will not fix the nail then go ahead and remove them because I don’t want the acrylic nail crooked. We had already agreed to fixing the one nail but when Danny came and started yelling in their language she changed her mind. I didn’t understand why she was acting this way but then I was told that Danny is her husband now I understand why they were both acting very childish and unprofessional. She was the wrong person to rectify the situation. They never apologized, they did not fix the issue nor offered a discount. Another nail tech ended up fixing the nail and guess what it’s not crooked.. how could that be? I guess Vivianne and Danny will never know as they do not know how to hold themselves accountable of making a mistake and correcting it. Instead they shift the blame and make excuses. I will never go back to this nail salon or do any business with their family. This situation was very unpleasant and unnecessary. You can see someone’s true colors when they make a mistake.
I love how the man who did my nails took his time & made sure I love my nails. Im very satisfied with this location & I recommend to come here to unleash your inner baddie ????????
I came here to get my birthday nails. They couldn’t cover my whole nail in glitter and gave lame reasons why. I’ve had my nails done with the rockstar line at other establishments and they were able to do it. My nails don’t look bad but they weren’t what I wanted. Also maybe it’s just me but I’m looking for somewhere a lot more high end and this definitely was more like your usual mom and pop shop.
